Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from our lovely balcony overlooking the sugar, white beaches of Indian Shores and the warm waters of the Gulf. Watch the dolphins splash and play in the early morning. This property is located right on the beach, and we are conveniently located on the second floor. Relax in our beautifully furnished living and dining area with comfortable sofas to lounge in and tropical dining decor. Have your meals on our Spanish-tiled table on the balcony overlooking the beach or sip your wine sitting on our balcony patio set, watching the gorgeous sunset. Sleep soundly in our two, comfy, full beds with lovely quilts.

We are proud owners and we make upgrades every year. In January 2024 we completed a beautiful, full bathroom renovation. Everything was upgraded including a new bathroom vanity, raised toilet, tiles and hand-held shower. It's now a luxurious and practical bathroom. Please see our photos. Along with this renovation, we also changed the lighting in the kitchen and the kitchen bar area with new canned lights with dimmer switches. Previously, we replaced all our windows and balcony sliding door with hurricane impact ones in December 2019. In January 2020 we replaced the Master bedroom blind with a new pull down one. We've also repainted the entire condo as well as replaced the air conditioner with a new one.

Enjoy using the beach-side heated swimming pool or spend the day at the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.

The beautiful couple's condo is conveniently located 23 miles from Tampa, 10 miles from Clearwater and 90 minutes from Disney and Orlando. We’re not far from Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, the Salvador Dali Museum and Dale Chihuly Collection in St. Petersburg.

Local attractions include John’s Pass, Golf, Mini Golf just across the road, fishing, para-sailing, snorkelling, diving, excellent restaurants nearby, shelling in Caladesi Park and Fort DeSoto Park, Clearwater nightlife and Pass-a-Grille with its’ quaint shops and restaurants. There's so much to see and do in the area.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cutlery, glassware and small appliances) with granite counter-tops, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Central ac, ceiling fans, two televisions, internet access/WIFI, two telephones and free landline calls within USA and to Canada. The Balcony has comfortable patio furniture as well as outdoor dining table and chairs. Master bedroom with two full beds and walk-in closet. We provide beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs for your days at the beach. Assigned parking. Clothes washer and dryer in complex.
