Best place for groups or families

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s super clean, updated, perfect for our girls trip. It’s close to the convention center, and an easy walk to many restaurants and a grocery. It would also be good for families with the size of beds and space. This is an annual trip we take so we will be there again next year!

Fabulous stay and location!

We stayed here the last weekend in April, and the condo and location are phenomenal. The condo is clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were a hit, and the location can’t be beat! There are restaurants and a pharmacy in walking distance, and the convention center and Disney are a short drive. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

Condo was just as described. Very roomy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had an issue with the dishwasher & a maintenance person was at our door in 10 minutes. It was amazing. Great service.

Huge condo!

This was the perfect condo. It was super clean and huge. Perfect for our group of 3 moms to travel for our daughter's dance competition. It would have also been perfect for a family. It was bigger than any 3 bedroom condo we've ever stayed in. Had everything we needed. Great location to convention center, walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, etc. Unit was updated and very clean and decorated nicely. The 2 king beds and 2 queens were a huge plus. Will absolutely stay here again next year!

Christmas 2022

We decided to take the boys to Universal and SeaWorld for the 1st time. The reviews and photos were spot on. We were amazed at how spacious the condo is, it felt like home. Everyone was comfortable, other families were friendly, there is a Walgreens within walking distance. Sea World and Universal Studios is only a short drive away. There is a trail behind the property which allowed me to go on a morning walk/jog which was awesome.

Reviewer Comments: The condo that we stayed at was amazing very beautifully decorated, very spacious, very clean, great location 18 minutes from the Disney resorts. Went to the pool for a couple of hours on Wednesday nice pool area kids had fun. Didn’t use a lot of the amenities because we spent most of our time at the Disney parks in Legoland. Had a great time love the condo will absolutely stay again if we’re ever down that way, and would absolutely recommend 100% hands-down to anyone staying in the Orlando area especially if you’re gonna go to Disney.

This Home was very well kept description online Was Honest was a bit frustrated when I got everything to guide me to the property including the gate code but did not receive the door code phone numbers listed were in spanish only so my family had to sit in the vehicle for over an hour while I send emails & try to find a number that someone would answer instead of a spanish speaking only machine but once I got ahold of someone I think this was Monica she was Helpful and everything after that went well Thanis for having us we were close to everything

Property was clean and as describe. One issue was clothes dryer which wasn’t working properly.. Monica accommodated our late check out with a fee of $75, she offered a complimentary 12 pm checkout vs. 10 am but we needed more time. Upon leaving, we brought several bags, which contained food and beverages, close to the elevator, left them to go back into the condo to get more, when we came back they disappeared, someone stole them.. not sure why someone would steal our groceries.. Other than the issues described above we enjoyed the property.

The property was very clean, nice size for our family of five and very conveniently located to the parks that we visited. We did show up before the 4pm check in and the team was very helpful with getting us in earlier than planned. The condo had all the supplies that we needed for the limited amount of cooking we did and it was very nice that some of the essentials that you have to buy such as garbage sacks, laundry detergent, and toilet paper was supplied for our short stay.The only issue we ran into was our youngest who is between a pack and play and a bed didn’t really have a good place to sleep. We ended up using the pack and play pad with blankets from the room and they slept on the floor. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we were too busy with parks and visiting family. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and if we are in need of another vacation rental we would definitely look to see is this place is available.Thank you.
