Comfortable home with Hot Tub, BBQ & outdoor gas fireplace.
This modern home features three bedrooms, two living rooms with open concept dining and two bathrooms. Tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Patio features dining area, BBQ, hot tub and Gazebo with gas fire pit. Ideal location for an extended stay, vacations and for visiting relatives. All the comforts of home and more!

The property also has a guest house in the back with long term tenant. Tenant does not use the patio and hot tub area.

Outdoor security cameras are installed.

I love the hospitality industry. Previously owned and operated a Victorian B&B in Iowa for 15 years before moving to Arizona. My husband and I are officially empty nesters. We have three married daughters. I enjoy my two small, lap dogs "Pico and Taqui". We moved to Sierra Vista in 2010 after owning and operating a B&B in Vinton Iowa called The Lion & The Lamb B&B. We had been hoping to expand our vacation rental business and found this lovely home close to ours that was freshly renovated with a modern and updated décor.
