House Features: Beautiful open floor plan featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a full bed. The bonus room upstairs has a king bed. Private parking and exercise equipment in the garage. The backyard is fenced in and has a covered patio with access to a grill. The main living space features a 75-inch HDTV. Two additional TVs in the home.

Neighborhood Features: Right off of I-20 and 520, close to the National, a short drive to both downtown Augusta and Aiken, lovely walking/running trails to explore, lake and ponds for fishing, and the perfect place to escape the crowds.

Fantastic Home, Great Masters Location

The home was well maintained, clean, and in a great location. Well equipped home/amenities. Owner was very accommodating and great to work with. I would recommend to anyone in the Augusta area seeking accessibility to attractions and activities.
