Situated on beautiful Delany Avenue, this neat, compact unit has been freshly renovated and lovingly decorated. Located in a quiet court of four, this unit is within walking distance to all Bright has to offer.4/47 Delany Ave is perfect for a couples getaway, two couples or a small family.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

A split system in the lounge area keeps the unit cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

Great place to stay but a little cold

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean home with enough space for 5 guests. Really convenient location to get on the road to Hotham. The house is a little cold, especially the toilet (freezing in winter!) and there's not enough heaters provided to warm the home. There were electric blankets in each bed which were very much needed.

Oven was not clean, there were only two cutying knives, no soup ladle, tempremental toaster..Other than these everything else was fine. Warm cosy place. We will probably stay again at the same place. We are sure the owners will rectify these problems by then..

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best characteristic of this property is its fantastic location. It is only a short walk to the Bright water park and town, which is very convenient.In order to improve this property, we would suggest that the windows be able to be opened (they are currently prevented from doing so by having flyscreens positioned to prevent opening) as the property is stifling during the summer heat with only one split system in the lounge, some better quality cookware be provided (the pans were unusable) and a sharp knife be provided for food preparation.

Great stay

Great house, 600m along the walking track to town. House was fantastic, well equipped with renovated bathroom and kitchen. Great little backyard for toddler to enjoy. The only issue was heating. It was a particularly cold weekend we were in bright, but the reverse cycle heating in the lounge room doesnt quite heat the bedrooms, we had packed our own oil heater for toddler room expecting this which took the edge off. Very clean and light, great proximity to town. Will rent again.

A very clean and cozy place

This was one of our best holiday stay. We were 5 adults and the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was huge and all the utensils and appliances were clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable too.
