Relaxed Beachside Escape – Perfect for Families or Friends

Welcome to your comfortable three-bedroom townhouse retreat, ideally located just moments from the beach and creek—perfect for a family getaway or a catch-up with cherished friends.

Downstairs, enjoy an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area that flows out to a fully fenced courtyard—ideal for summer BBQs and relaxing in the shade.

Upstairs features all three bedrooms: Main with a queen bed and ceiling fan, Second with a double bed and ceiling fan and Third with a single bunk set and a pedestal fan

Gas heating keeps things cosy during the cooler months, and the newly renovated bathroom includes both a separate bath and shower. You'll also find a convenient internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Pet Friendly – Your furry companions are welcome but must remain outdoors at all times.
Please Note: There is no access to the garage.

Located just 200 metres from the beach and close to 4WD access points, this is the perfect base for exploring all that beautiful Hat Head has to offer.

All beds are provided with mattress protectors, pillows (with cases), quilts, and quilt covers. Guests are asked to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Please also bring laundry detergent, dish soap, personal toiletries, and toilet paper.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful break in clean, tidy and spacious accommodation. The bed is comfortable, layout and facilities are great. The agent went above and beyond in securing us the accommodation after our previous booking cancelled on us, literally the day we were travelling. The agent said ‘you’ll love it’ and she was right.

Pet friendly

I booked this house thinking it was pet friendly meaning pets could come inside as well, it wasn’t until we had actually booked it and paid that we realised our dog had to stay outside, this made our stay not very relaxing because our dog is use to being inside and was constantly crying because he had to stay out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week at Hat Head, catching up with relatives, fishing and general having a wonderful time. Accommodation was good value although only two of us were using it. Outside BBQ and table setting was used on a number of occasions by extended family members who did not have these facilities at their rental accommodation. House was little dark, and missed some basic kitchen items eg manual juicer.

Guttering has been leaking/ over flow at front door area and ground was very mossy and slippery. I think all guttering needs replacing. Being a roof plumber. Let me know and I can provide a quote.

The tiled downstairs area was really cool and comfortable for a large family. Upstairs is unbearably hot during the Summer/early Autumn period and could benefit from an air conditioner, but we survived hehe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. We were surprised at how spacious the property is. Unfortunately, the bath was filthy when we arrived. Also, when we called to book, I checked if the property was dog friendly and if we could keep our dog inside. We were told yes, as long as she didn't climb on the furniture. It was stressful then for us when we saw the sign saying 'No dogs inside for any reason' It was a stress then to keep her outside in the courtyard. Other than these two things, we were happy with the accommodation.
