Located in the heart of Bend and walking distance to downtown, Newport Ave shopping and restaurants and quick warm up ride to the bike trails!

Newly built mid century ranch has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a king sized hide-a-bed in the large living area. Sleeps 6. Home is 4 blocks from Newport Market and a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Bend. Just walk a couple of blocks down the hill and you'll be on Newport Ave, where you can enjoy many of Bend's west side favorite restaurants and coffee shops.

This architectural home features an open floor plan with high ceilings, towering windows and quality finishes throughout.

Living area has American Leather (highest quality) king size sleeper and cozy chairs which surround the gas fireplace and huge 60" HD TV for relaxing in the evening after a day on the trails.

Gourmet kitchen has everything you need for dining in. All brand new stainless steel appliances, great cookware, Vita-mix for your morning smoothie and more..

Dining room has seating for 6. Sliding doors which go out onto covered patio for kicking back after dinner and relaxing on the back patio...Back patio has lounge chairs for 6 and a commercial grade gas barbecue.

Quality furnishings make your stay in the Portland house as comfortable as possible.

Huge master bedroom has brand new king sized bed, high thread count bedding, walk in closet and sitting area. Off the master bedroom is a large master bath.

The second bedroom has vaulted ceilings, large closet and new queen sized bed with high thread count bedding.

This is a brand new home, located on Bend's west side and close to everything. You can truly park the car and walk everywhere.

Phil's trailhead is about a 15 minute warm up ride.

The space itself is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen truly is fully stocked for everything you need. I enjoyed watching deer and other wildlife from the huge windows as I worked and being able to make full meals in the large kitchen. The location also is a great jumping off point to enjoy Bend from.

We have stayed here several times with either just the two of us or with my mom or friends. Love the house and the location is amazing. Within walking distance to old town and an amazing grocery store and close to Bachelor ski resort. Paula is an excellent host and very responsive.

NW Portland is a great location, close to food and easy to access mountains and trails. A peaceful home, where two deer came each day to hang out briefly in the back yard. And always clean and tidy!

Perfect spot

Paula’s house was perfect for 4 friends exploring Bend. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable, it is in a great location. A short drive to downtown, the Old Mil District, close to restaurants and a good natural foods market. Paula provided great restaurant recommendations, and was very responsive to our questions. The check in/ out process was easy. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect home base in Bend

This was our third stay at this home, and once again it was the perfect choice. The home is beautiful, functional, comfortable, and very conveniently located. Honestly, we would be happy to just move in. Paula is a fantastic host, and check-in and communications are easy.

We loved everything about this house, it has everything you need and more & feels like being at home, only better! Easy walk to parks, coffee, restaurants and shops! 30 min to the mountain and you can see deer in the backyard! Paula was a great host, very thoughtful and friendly, we'd definitely stay here again!

A great house in a convenient location

With a modern aesthetic and easy layout, this was a perfect setting for our 2 week "remote working from Bend" retreat. We walked everywhere with great local restaurants and downtown just a bit further away.

Bend had it all-road cycling, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, back-country skiing, hiking, not to mention a scenic setting!

Now relocated in Bend, we spend most of our time on the trails and enjoying our Oregon roots.
