With the condo’s high speed WiFi and a great cellular connection, your personal items are all you need.

The unit is in a gated community, just steps from the ocean with a private gate to the beach, elevator access, heated pool, and pickle ball/tennis courts. Plenty of golf, shopping, and dining are nearby.
