Rocky Mountain View Condo - Great Location!!!

Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV. Floors upgraded Nov 2022.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Due to government regulations we cannot foresee what regulations will be in place for the fitness rooms and hottubs. Any amenity may change at a moments notice.

* No A/C in this building. There are fans in every room for the warmer days in summer.

Great place for a family getaway

We stayed for my daughter’s wedding in Canmore. There was lots of room for my other kids to stay and to entertain guests. Well appointed, had everything we needed.

Perfectly located in the town on Canmore. Grocery stores and shops a walk across the parking lot, downtown is walkable distance. Convenient parking, although we had a bit of a time trying to find the entrance of the lot late at night arriving in the dark. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay! Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and even assortment of games!

Great place, centrally located

The place in a shopping plaza and has nice views. Grocery, coffee, main Street are all walking distance. No need to drive it you're spending your time in the Canmore townsite.

Terrific condo and great location. Our family of 6 stayed for 6 nights in August 2025 and had a great time. The condo is large and the beds are very comfortable. It was great to have two bathrooms and the washer/dryer. The location is great - grocery stores next door and easy walking into downtown Canmore. Access to the building and parking garage was easy. We loved being able to drive to Kananaskis and Banff. Highly recommend.

Banff Family Vacation

The location of Canmore is so close to the Banff park entrance. Our condo was very clean. The complex is right next to a grocery and liquor store. Very convenient.

The condo is in a great location, close to amenities (shopping, restaurants, etc easily within walking distance) and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Parking in the underground parkade is very convenient. We were happy to have 2 spots to accommodate family members. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner together. The hot tub is on the roof, and needs to be booked ahead of time. It was easy to access. The bedrooms are spacious and had plenty of closet and drawer space. We didn't use the laundry but it was great to have that option. We were very comfortable during our stay and would recommend this property for a great family gathering and mountain getaway.

Location was great, nice shopping nearby and quick to get on the highway to other things! Kind of confusing check in (which door to enter to and where it’s at, where the parking garage is, where to use codes) tried communicating with the host for an early check in and never heard back. The hot tub was okay, not super clean and unclear instructions on having to pre-book a time slot, found out through the binder but not in the email instructions. The condo is great, lots of room for many adults. The living room furniture could use some upgrading, it was very uncomfortable and challenging for all adults to comfortable hang out in. Overall a great spot and would stay again!
