Four bedroom unit which sleeps 12 in the Townes section of the gold star resort of King's Creek from July 11-18. Great for families travelling together! It is basically two 2-bedroom units with a front foyer so the units can be joined together or locked so they can be kept separately. Each half of the four bedroom unit has a King Bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen Bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the sunroom which is a separate room and can be closed off from the living room area making it like a third bedroom for each half of the unit. Each half of the unit has a Master bathroom and a full size bathroom for a total of 4 bathrooms. Each half of the unit has a full kitchen (2 total for the unit), a living room (2 total for the unit) which is separate from the sunroom so you can still use your living room if someone is sleeping on the queen size sofa in the sunroom or you can have someone sleep on the full size sleeper in the living room. Each half of the unit has a Washer & Dryer and Free Wi-fi. All linen is provided. The unit is right across from a swimming pool that is sectioned off into 3 sections based on the depth making it nice to keep younger children in more shallow water, a splash pad, and barbeque grills. The Resort is by Water Country, 2 Miles from Busch Gardens and not far from Colonial Williamsburg. No additional charges for use of the amenities which include:

Great location both in the complex and in the area

We had a great time with my family of 4, my brother’s family of 5 and my parents. We were able to use the dens in both condos for extra sleeping space and still had some hang out space. The condos are directly across from the pool and a grilling area, making it very convenient. Parking right out front. The host is so sweet and ensured we had everything we needed to check in as well as some information on local attractions.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of room for our 2 families and 3 kids to have their own space and the large pool is right outside the door. Great location being next to Water Country and just 10 minutes from most major attractions.

Kings Creek was the perfect location to all the major parks and just and hour ride to Virginia Beach. Awesome family vacation
