Beautiful location, nice town to visit. Going before March means that lots of restaurants are closed. The house itself had a tendency to be cold in February, so bring extra sweaters.
The location could not be better or more dramatic, and Mary was very helpful throughout our stay. In warm weather, the house is very recommend, although in April the temperature and the wind make the house hard to heat. An airtight stove would be a great help for cooler weather. Having said that, it's a very nice place to stay, maybe the best location on the Peninsula.
This is such a beautiful property. A wonderful old house with stunning views. A wonderful base for exploring the area. We are very thankful to have spent time there.
Stayed in this lovely old farmhouse. No frills but very homely and comfortable. Very comfy beds and so quiet T night. There were seven of us and we enjoyed some great family meals around the big table.
Everything was great. It is quite a rustic place but absolutely charming. The hosts are very near and kind. Simple cottage offers a georgous view and is near to lots of beautiful sites. We thank Mary for the nice welcome.
Renovated farm house between Ventry and Slea Head had plenty of room and a lovely ocean view. Convenient for exploring the Dingle Peninsula including prehistoric stone forts with beehive dwellings and lovely walks on Ventry and Clougher beaches.
Very quaint farmhouse. If you are looking for relaxation, this is the place. Wake up every morning to amazing views and go to sleep with the same stunning sight!
Lorna and Mary were so easy to work with! Would definitely come back!
Rustic charm coupled with the best views I’ve EVER seen out of my bedroom window. I was here specifically for the Dingle marathon and it was absolutely perfect. As long as you don’t mind roughing it a bit. Also, make sure you bring towels/linens, fly into Shannon & rent a car!
The house is clean and well equipped for your stay. The view of Dingle bay is spectacular right from your front yard. Mary and Dennis make you feel right at home they are the best. My family had the best time at this charming farm house and would definitely recommend this place for staying in Kerry. Thank you Mary and Dennis for sharing your beautiful farm with us will be back soon.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
A television with no channels. Paying extra for electricity not mentioned by STAYZ. No toilet paper or bin bags supplied and being told this is normal. Upfront information would really assist occupants. The area is lovely but I would not recommend the stingy attitude which could be solved by charging an extra 50 Euro.
From the very beginning with a lovely warm welcome to the last view of a dolphin in the bay it was a fantastic holiday. I normally go abroad for family holidays as the kids prefer that . Well they all said rebook for next year asap . If you want a relaxing holiday with jaw dropping scenery then this is where to go . Thanks for everything Lorna
The house is a traditional old farmhouse. The equipment is simple but very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is quite small for more than 3 people. Electricity must be paid additionally (ca. 25 € per week ) and also bathtowells are not provided. The view is amazing and the housekeepers are very friendly.
We stayed Saturday - Tuesday and have a very wonderful time.
The house was very comfortable with incredible views of the bay. The weather even cooperated (sunny and breezy) to make the visit unforgettable.
The house was clean, and the fresh flowers were a welcoming touch. The beds were very comfortable with a warm duvet and extra pillows and blankets available. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. (We also had dinner at the Stonehouse Restaurant which was excellent.)
This was the final part of a longer vacation and I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely try to come back for a longer stay.
We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Everything was super clean and very handy. It is truly a quaint traditional Irish farmhouse with a fantastic view of the water. Very convenient location but away from the bustle of town. So very peaceful listening to the sheep bleating as we drifted off to sleep. It took us a couple days to really get the heat working but we’re plenty warm at night with our comforters. The only down side us you must bring your own towels which is bulky when packin.
Mary had brown bread, butter and cream for our tea upon arrival. Very much appreciated.
This farm house is in a beautiful location and great proximity to Dingle and many tourist sights. The electricity to the fridge had been off prior to our arrival, so the temp took time to cool off. You have to pay for electricity. There is a fire place but there was not enough wood/moss to start even one fire to warm up. The electric heaters take a long time to minimally warm the house. There was one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days. There is zero Wi-Fi and very limited cell signal in the area. House was clean but would not stay again due to lack basic amenities.
