Whether for a romantic getaway, a local wedding, or looking for a great place to relax ,The Grange is a modern, well equipped townhouse close to restaurants, and is conveniently located in Bowral in the beautiful Southern Highlands which has so many wonderful restaurants, 34 vineyards, vintage and novelty shops. The Grange is ideal for couples, families or small groups with a gas log fire in winter to keep you warm, and a sun filled garden enclosed garden with pear tree for a coffee or cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. All Sheridan linen is professionally laundered and the Villa is kept in immaculate condition. We look forward to you staying with us and enjoying your time in the Southern Highlands.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the keys to the lock box and scramble the code.
Please ensure that all lights, air conditioning and fire are turned off.
Please leave the remote control for the garage on the dining table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
While small dogs are allowed, all 4 paws must remain on the ground and guests must bring their dog’s bedding and ensure that they clean up after them.
Please note that there is only garaged parking for one car. However, there is plenty of street parking on the road.
If bringing a ‘fur baby’ it is essential that owners bring bedding and clean up after their animals. If necessary, an additional fee of $50 applies.

We really enjoyed staying at Margot's villa. It was very spacious and quiet. Had everything needed. The internet is very patchy but other than that we had a great time at this accomodation. Not too far to main shops etc.

We were two couple s in Bowral for weekend with 1dog. We had a lovely time and found The Grange just right for our needs, very well equipped, clean, a nice little garden for dog in a peaceful location. The weather was beautiful but cool in the evening so we found the gas fireplace perfect to warm us up. Margot was a great host. We hope to come back again next year.
