This charming second-floor corner villa offers an elegant coastal design with a private, relaxing ambiance. Conveniently located in front of swimming pool and Jacuzzi #3, the villa features a dining area for 5 guests, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living area, and a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Please note: Access requires going up approximately 10 stairs.

• Master Bedroom: King bed
• Bedroom II: Queen-over-Queen bunk beds
🏡 Amenities Provided:
• Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, and utensils
• Clean sheets and towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 trash bag per trash can
• 1 gallon of purified drinking water
• Coffee, sugar, and creamer

I was born in San Diego and raised in Tijuana, and for as long as I can remember, La Paloma Resort has been part of my life. I’ve been an owner here for over 40 years and have watched it grow and evolve through its three phases of development.
La Paloma isn’t just a beautiful resort to me — it’s home. I grew up here, spending weekends and holidays by the ocean. My children grew up here too, and now that they’re in their twenties, this place is still where we gather, reconnect, and create new memories.
What I love most about La Paloma is the comfort of being so close to San Diego, yet feeling like you’re a world away — right on the ocean, surrounded by peace, safety, and beauty. It’s a place filled with joy, generations of memories, and the warmth that only comes from truly feeling at home.
