Very good

Highlights - Everything was within walking distance.
The property management company was fantastic to deal with and had good systems in place for out of hours arrivals/departures. Linda from Sweetsheets service was excellent and affordable.
Lowlights - The washing machine wasn't working properly and also the blankets that come with the house need a good wash.

Thank you for your review.
We hope you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon.
If you are after a five star experience, this is not the place for you. This is, however, a gorgeous little original beach shack that has a large, new well equipped kitchen and is located just a stones throw from the beach, RSL and the woorim shopping and dining precinct. Spacious fully fenced yard with plenty of offstreet parking. Some things we found a bit odd - like having to supply our own toilet paper - and the doona/blankets etc looked like they could all do with a refresh - but we loved the place and we’ll definitely go back. When we saw linen was not supplied we packed our own doonas and pillows, would suggest you consider the same. All in all a great little spot what takes you back in time for a family holiday.

Thank you for your review. We hope you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon.
THERE IS NO BED LINEN OR TOWELS.
This was stated in the blurb, bit buried in the small print and not highlighted.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. It is a simple house, renovated workers cottage with all amenities.
Dog friendly yard was a real bonus.
The house was in a great location close to the water. Beds were a little hard but did us fine for a couple of nights. Will be coming back.

Was not clean!
The bed spreads (not the linen as we brang our own) had semen stains, blood and some sort of wet stain on them, the first night stay was not that great when you go to make the beds and come across that 🤮 complaint was made and someone rocked up with one bed spread set the day before we left, no refund was offered nothing for the first night stay, the kitchen floor was also sticky with old oil, all of our feet especially the kids socks were black after the first night due to the floor not being cleaned properly. Beds were rock hard . Wouldn’t recommend this property

Still awaiting compensation as verbally promised
Very disappointed. Its in a beautiful spot. But the cleaner has not been cleaning to an acceptable standard for some time. I complained. I said to the property manager, I feel quite disrespected as a guest

Good stay
For the Amount you pay for one night
It would be good for linen to be provided and also tea towels for the kitchen. You come to stay in a place and not take your whole house with you.
