This is a spacious and comfortable villa in Catalkoy, Girne with its own private pool on a peaceful street surrounded by nature. The garden is perfect for retreating from a busy lifestyle as you listen to the chirping of the birds while you appreciate the surrounding greenery. You can easily walk to nearby shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. The bus stop which takes you to central Girne and the touristic port of Girne is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The neighbourhood is ideal for walks and hikes as it is surrounded by mountains and trees and plantations which are unique to the island. There are 3 bedrooms which sleeps 5 people as well as 2 bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. There is wifi and a television with a selection of DVDs.
