Our vacation rental accommodations include: new furniture, fresh linens and towels upon arrival, a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, central air conditioning and heating, cable TV, ceiling fans, FREE Wi-Fi. Our condo complex provides on premise laundry facilities for the convenience of all guests, but you may not need it because our condo includes a built-in dishwasher and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. It's tastefully decorated and fully equipped - including beach essentials: umbrellas, chairs, beach mats, and more.

Condo located in Private Golden beach is within walking distance to downtown and Venice beach, where you can have free Yoga classes or Hula hoop classes 5 times a week, no membership needed. Or you can walk to Sharky’s beach to grab your Florida snow shovel to search for fossilized shark teeth on the beach. Many local residents and visitors alike make this a favorite pastime in Venice, since it is known as "The Shark Tooth Capital of the World." Do not forget to stop by in Sharky's On The Pier restaurant to grab your fresh Margarita.

If you want to explore something new and are tired of beaches, go to the Warm Mineral Springs in North Port just 20 minutes away (and do not miss there K&K Bakery to grab homemade pastries and coffee).
