I rent a house that sleeps 12 people: (I have another next-door house with 3 bedrooms that sleeps 12 people. Ad code is 923459)
. Central region of Ubatuba (800 meters from the center and 505 meters from the beach). One block further there is Lan House, choperia, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy and gas station (24 Hours).
Ground floor:
- Garage for 4 cars (Popular) and gourmet area with barbecue, 1 table, 4 chairs and 1 bench.
- Living room with 20 'TV, 2 and 3 seater sofa and ceiling fan.
- 1 Bathroom with ceiling coating. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single and ceiling fan.
- 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 Bunk bed and ceiling fan.
- Covered service area with shower.
1 ° floor:
- Combined kitchen with dining area, in which it has: table with 6 chairs, 3 swivel stools, TV 20 ', duplex refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, blender and full kitchen utensils (Plates, cutlery, glasses, shapes , pans, etc..).
- Balcony (25m²) with 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 stools.
Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath with Shower.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and ceiling fan.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single and ceiling fan.

A Casa é muito bonita, muito mais do que nas fotos. Tudo muito limpo. Os colchões das camas todos ótimos, casa espaçosa, arejada, rua tranquila com ambiente familiar em volta. Comércio perto, Anfitriã Silvana muito simpática sempre perguntando se estava tudo bem conosco! Praia linda e tranquila para crianças. Amamos a Casa!! Excelente Casa e próxima a Praia!

Fomos em 02 familias, 09pessoas, e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. Também a garagem é grande, colocamos 02 carros, e ainda tem a churrasqueira, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Os ventiladores de teto são ótimos nas noites quentes e afasta os mosquitos! A casa é muito próximo a praia, em 2 minutos você chega na praia. A proprietária é super educada, fácil comunicação e atenciosa. Somando tudo Nota 10! Agradecemos e desejamos voltar. Parabéns!

Casa bem limpa, bem funcional, perto de comércio ( padaria, farmácia, posto de combustível). Proprietária super atenciosa e prestativa. E praias maravilhosas, top. Único ponto ruim é que no último quarto no andar superior, tem um pouco de barulho da casa vizinha, devido a geladeira do vizinho.

Aluguei os dois sobrados da dona Silvana para irmos em um grupo de 20 pessoas, gostei muito dos dois. Um é do lado do outro mas é tudo separado, a casa é espaçosa e bem ventilada, e precisa mesmo porque Ubatuba é muito quente. Usamos bastante a churrasqueira e tem tudo que precisa pra casa, a sacada é enorme, usamos bastante a mesa que fica na sacada para tomarmos uma a noite. A garagem coube 4 carros. Recomendo
