This newly remodeled home is a breath of fresh air. It is exactly what you'll need to wind down and take your mind off the stressors of everyday life. Wood and tile flooring throughout the property help give off a cool and airy feel. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and master bath with shower/tub combo. The master bedroom also has direct access to the backyard patio. The second bedroom is accessible through the master and also features a queen bed. There are two more bedrooms located upstairs. One bedroom features a trundle bed that can function either as two twins or a queen. It also has private access to a balcony. The fourth bedroom also features a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom located on the second level that also features a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is to die for! Sleek, clean cut counter tops and stainless steel appliances keep the house feeling chic and modern. You'll always be a part of the party while cooking in this kitchen with its wide open breakfast bar, which adds additional seating to the dining area. The living room features a beautiful stone wall fireplace and flat screen TV as well as access to another balcony. A rooftop deck features peak-a-boo ocean views.

TV's only have streaming capabilities.

Newly installed heat and AIR CONDITIONING as well as a Car Charger located in the garage!

Small dogs under 25 lbs ok with owner approval.

Beach house stay

We enjoyed our stay at your home and it was very convenient for us since the rest of our family were only a block and a half away. The house was clean and worked for all 8 of us to stay here!

Amazing location

We always love to come to Hollywood Beach for Fourth of July and it was a perfect weekend with friends and family. Can’t tell you how great it was to be across the street from the beach. My only suggestion would to have the kitchen a little bit more stocked with things to use had trouble finding pots… but we worked around it

Wonderful beach house!

We love this beach and have stayed in the area many times, but this was the first in this home and it was a wonderful house and location. Plenty of rooms for our family of 5 and well maintained. Plus, you can’t beat the great location just walking across the small street to the beach. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay

Our family of five absolutely loved every minute in this vacation home. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the peekaboo ocean views and walking across the street to the beach. Its location near restaurants and the harbor is also quite enjoyable. Communication and check in/out were all very clear and simple. We would definitely return!

Awesome beach house!

We love staying at Oxnard beach for a week every summer and this house is the perfect spot to enjoy the trip! It’s literally across the (tiny neighborhood) street from the beach, making it easy to head in and out throughout the day. There was plenty of room in the house for our family & we especially enjoyed the comfy beds and the fun beach gear (boogie boards, bucket & sand toys, chairs, etc.) We hope to stay again next summer!

This is the first time the house did not have garbage bags, tissue boxes (1 in the house), no message that there are numerous steps to the living area,the fridge filter needed changing, no pantry for food, and no bathroom mats.

Seaside Getaway

What a perfect home base! We met up with cousins for lazy days on the beach and we were not disappointed. The house had plenty of spaces catching up, family card games and taking a quiet moment. We took the chairs, buckets, ice chest, umbrellas and boogie boards provided out to the shore for epic afternoons in the waves. Fantastic!

There is nothing like comfortable hotel sheets and some of the beds, including the master were pilling and scratchy. Also, there is no air or ceiling fans and during the day it can get quite warm even though it's right near the beach. There is also no heat and only one extra blanket in the house. Very generous with towels, shampoos and body washes!

Great Family Beach Home

Reviewer Comments: Great location, just steps away from the sand, the water is a little bit of a walk but worth it, close to Hollywood Beach Café, & the harbor. The home was impeccable, well stocked, the fully stocked kitchen, except for there were no dish towels, (could use dishtowels) Plenty of bath and beach towels. Two roomy bedrooms and 1 bath are downstairs, great for a family, you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The kitchen, large dining table, living room w/ fireplace, full bath & 2 bedrooms, balcony overlooking the street are all on the second floor. Balcony is a little tight but was very nice to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean air. The large rooftop deck as well, however you must access it from a bedroom, so hopefully no one is sleeping if you want to go up on the rooftop. Unfortunately, it is difficult to see sunsets from the rooftop, but a great area to enjoy a glass of wine or look at the stars. A small backyard with a patio table. A few suggestions that would be helpful to future renters, if more information of what is available, such as type of coffee maker, so you know if you need coffee pods or loose coffee, also if extra paper towels/toilet paper are needed. Just an FYI, the queen beds are a little high, but comfortable, luckily there was a trundle bed for our mom to sleep in which was much lower to the ground, however she did say it squeaked a lot when she would move. It would also be helpful to know which beach items are available in the garage for guest to use, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, etc, this would help with ones packing. The 10 am departure is early considering the things that need to be completed before your departure. Those should be re considered since one is paying the cleaning fee. The management company was great to work with, and very responsive to a few questions we had during our stay Our overall stay was FABULOUS, creating family memories, and we would definitely rent this beautiful home in the future.

SO many rules

A lot of fees, or threat of fees if you break any rules. Rules were a bit unrealistic if you're actually trying to entertain. There are a lot of chores you have to complete before the 10 am checkout as well. And one of the bedrooms with a queen size bed is only accessible by walking through the master. This is my third attempt posting an honest review so hopefully it's still enough to help.

The Elephant is the Room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture of the 4th bedroom is deceiving. You must go through the master bedroom to get to the 4th bedroom. So if a couple is sleeping in that room you would have to go into the master bedroom to use the bathroom or to access the other part of the house. Plus the kitchen is SMALL! Otherwise the house is nice the finishes are nice. Some more information about what is available in the garage. I went out and bought extra beach chairs and boogie boards and lugged them all the way there because when I called to inquire about what was available I was told none of that was listed. It nice and close to the sand and the beach. Also some restaurants and a little store are walking distance. I was asked to rate the property management. Be aware if you book with this company and they take your deposit, then you change your mind and book a different property even if it is managed by them, you are out both parts of your first half payments plus the deposits until they get around to send it back. I was also asked if I would recommend the property. Only with caution. Not for 4 couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Morning! I thought the house was great, location was great and the amenities was everything you could ask for. The only issues I had was some communication issues with rental company. Phone numbers don’t work or accept calls. Also, what is the point of having a office if nobody is ever there? Especially when you request the renter to check in at the office. In addition, the password provided for the WI-FI didn’t work and you should spend the extra money and purchase a decent 2-3 burner propane bbq. Other than that, the house is great and would rent again. Lastly, I still have not received my rental deposit back. If you could please take care of that, it would be greatly appreciated. Have a good day!

Beautiful home right by the beach.

I loved looking out of the front window and seeing the ocean. Just a short walk took us to the beach. This house is also walking distance to delicious Hollywood Beach Cafe.
