Spacious 2 Bed, 2 Bath just off West Bay Street

Modern two bedrooms two bathrooms - Full kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances. Also with washer and dryer. Sleeps 5 people comfortably with two queen beds in each room, one sofa and a futon in the living and dining area. Fifteen minutes walk to Saunders Beach and to the World Famous Arawak Cay. Ten minutes walk to Bahama Grill for good ole down home Bahamian cooking and some of your favorites like BBQ ribs served with a Bahamian flair. Free WiFi, Enclosed Yard. Unit is tiled throughout and located in a charming neighborhood.

NOTE: Backup generator installed as power cuts during summer months are common.

For longer stays we recommend that cleaning be done every 7 days. An additional fee of $75 applies. You can decline this service.
Airport pickup and dropoff are available for a fee of $40 each way. Car rental is available at $60 per day (taxes are included)
