About this property

This spacious apartment is North facing, flooded with light and has delightful green leafy tree views. The large undercover balcony has a barbecue and outdoor dining where you can catch the breezes and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. A sparkling blue pool is within this small private complex and you are an easy stroll to the beach, parks, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Light and modern, the apartment provides the perfect combination of relaxed holiday feel and practical day to day living. Located on a quiet street one block back from the beach, guests can choose to enjoy the wonderfully private apartment and enticing inground swimming pool, take a stroll to the nearby beach, or head to Coolum Esplanade with its variety of shops and restaurants.

The apartment is well appointed with a large kitchen with stone benchtops and modern appliances, a fully tiled open plan living and dining area and generous covered balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious ensuite and direct access to the balcony with fabulous views to the north east. Two additional bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort for those hot summer nights, and guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi access for the duration of their stay. There is also a TV and complete stereo system located in the main living room. The laundry is fully equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer, and a spacious double garage downstairs (with internal stair access) provides secure off street parking.

As Cool as Coolum is

The booking process and check in was very smooth via Sue - very pleasant professionalism. The property was good - we rate it a 4 star. A few little internal features require some maintenance. The BBQ auto lighter did not work. Fortunately our 14y.o son was able to work out how to access Netflix via his phone or that would have proven to be difficult to figure out. Well equipped kitchen except freezer is downstairs in the garage - but they are all minor complaints - overall enjoyed it a lot - 7 days just too short. Thks Coolum Holidays..

Great apartment and fantastic real estate rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: North Shore Realty is the best holiday rental businesses I have ever dealt with. They were accommodating, provided excellent service and found me the perfect property. One minor maintenance request was resolved the same day. The apartment is in a fantastic location, very clean, on a quiet street - perfect for either a short or long stay. I had a really great experience with North Shore Realty and at this property.
