This four bedroom two bathroom pool home is located in the quiet community of the Lake Berkley Resort.
It features a Master King bedroom with en-suite facilities, a further Queen bedroom, full bedroom, and a Disney themed bedroom with two twin beds.
The Master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the pool are and the master bathroom also leads out to the pool are, which is really convenient when swimming or sunbathing to be able to use the bathroom with out having to walk all through the house.

This beautiful home provides the perfect vacation retreat after an exciting day in sunny Florida. It offers free WI-FI and also free local and national phone calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. This property has a large screened in private pool with beautiful lake view off to the side

There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you'll need, ideal for grabbing a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or getting a relaxing meal at the end of the day when you're just too tired to get ready and go out. The home has a large dining area, and a comfortable family room all on a single level, no need to worry about stairs. The home is close to a variety of shops and restaurants some just a 5 minute drive away and only fifteen minutes from Disney. Close to a selection of championship golf courses.

Lake Berkley offers a club house with gym equipment, a community pool and spa along with a Tiki bar.
There is a basketball court and volley ball beach area for the more energetic of our guests.
If you fancy a nice walk there are three lakes you can have a walk around and fishing is allowed in the too.
A childrens play area is also available for our younger guests.

We went to use the oven it was all sprayed to clean the cleaner didn’t clean it I had to clean the oven before we could use it .

Great experience

This property was beautiful and the area was great. We felt very safe. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas but it is to be expected in environment like that (warm climate, etc). The play room we didn't enjoy until the last day unfortunately (due to being super busy) the room were very homie and not to forget the pool. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool but it was chilly. Thank you so mu h for hosting us.

Could be good if better maintained

Third time we have stayed at Lake Berkley. This house appeared good however the interior was less impressive. The decor is dated and tired, issues with bedroom ceiling fan, a broken chair and the alarm which meant we missed two nights sleep. Our main issue was the pool and surrounding area. First morning the pool was dirty. and the pool surround was covered in leaf debris. The pool was cleaned the day after but we lost a days use of the pool which we paid to have heated. The debris continued to get in the pool and this was due to a build up on the pool cage. The other cages in the area appeared to have been cleaned, ours was not. We also came home once day to find the pool making a racket and were eventually informed by a neighbour that the pump was running dry. We figured out how to set the timer to fill the pool. Another days pools lost. Following a nights rain we found the pool had lots of worms in it and had to fish them out. The debris on pools surround, tables and chairs meant hands and feet were continually covered in small seed like brown spots and these transferred into the house which was annoying as they got everywhere. My wife received several bites. We were convinced this was due to small insects which appeared to be coming in due to the debris. On a positive note, Christine the manager could not have been more helpful, But the lack of a phone at the property meant communication was difficult and possibly a safety issue. Just disappointed could be great!

Alles was aanwezig, was schoon en zag er nietjes uit. Goede communicatie met verhuurder. Overal dichtbij, supermarkten, allerlei soorten parken. We hebben het heerlijk gehad.

Nice neighborhood close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sewer backing into shower but they got someone out as quick as they could. It was clean,great location and neighborhood. We would stay here again.
