We have stayed in this complex several times before and the second in this room. This room had some issues. The broken closet door would fall off its track if moved, initially there were towels piled around the leaky toilet, the chain lock on the entryway door was broken. Nothing too major but disappointing.

We had a great stay. The hot tubs are very hot which I loved. You can see the ocean from the king sized bed and you cannot beat that. The room was very clean.

Excellent location and amenities with this unit. Very clean, and nice grounds. Short drive to the lighthouse, pier, restaurants and shops. One thing I will point out is; while the unit does have an ocean view, the beach is very wide and it's a bit of a hike to get to the shoreline.

The condo seemed fairly clean but shower floor was somewhat moldy as well as the grout around the tub and toilet, along with peeling paint on the ceiling. The beach was a great deal further than indicated by pictures. Parking was great and it was under building right near the elevator. The lighting in the kitchen was very very low. The pool was very nice.

We paid more money to have a beach front property — but you can not access the beach!! There is a huge marsh with thigh high water that you do not want to walk thru … you have to hike 1/2 mile down dunes to access other properties boardwalk
