 Wipe down the stove, kitchen countertops, and table  Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, pans, and silverware  Unplug coffee maker and toaster

 Reset the thermostat to 85⁰ F during the summer months or 55⁰ F during the winter months  Please take a moment to complete the satisfaction survey to help us improve our services

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only registered guests are authorized to stay overnight in the unit. Upon reservation confirmation, rental agreement must be signed & returned.

Firearms: only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises per Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and local laws.

No fireworks or other hazardous materials shall be permitted in or around the property.
