The house was luxurious and the location was amazing. The only critical feedback is the the wifi could be upgraded, as it is rather slow for this day and age.
Home was perfect for our large family. The bunk room is perfect for our tweens and littles. The decks are wonderful and cannot beat the view! Host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay and will be staying again for sure!
The views of Table Rock Lake from the windows and decks are impressive and it’s right on the water. We enjoyed spending time at Branson and Eureka Springs, which we not far. The house was stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and will be returning!
This home was lovely, spacious, and well-stocked. The kitchen had every appliance, tool, and dish that we needed plus more. It was nice having a washer and dryer on two separate floors. The porches were so nice, and there was plenty of kitchen seating for our whole family. The little girls loved the bunk room.
The house on the lake was a perfect location for our annual family Thanksgiving. The three-story house had enough room for children and adults to relax and have fun. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and provided suggestions for what to see in Branson. Overall the house was exactly what we needed to be together for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Great Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property! It was beautiful and had so much space for our big family! The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The marina is right next door and had plenty of boats to choose from. We really had a great time. Thanks!!!
Our extended family enjoyed our stay at the lavish Buffalo Lodge. The view of Table Rock Lake was our favorite, and we were able to enjoy the views from two different porches. Everybody had their own room with a full bath, and the children enjoyed all of the different bunkbeds.. The game room was a hit with the kids and husbands as well. The kitchens were well-stocked with supplies and dishes. The host was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again!

Making Memories
Once again we had an awesome vacation, making such wonderful memories. This house is so perfect for us. It accommodates us perfectly! Our host Mary is so great to deal with. She checks in periodically and makes sure we have everything we need during our stay. This is our second year and we plan to return next year. Thanks again for the memories we have staying at Table Rock Lake!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
This place is as beautiful as the pictures show and the view is stunning! It’s located near other rentals but was not too noisy and did not feel too crowded.
There’s a pool that always seemed open so we enjoyed swims all throughout the day. Just down the road is a public access beach which we loved.
The rental is well-stocked and Mary went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be.
If you’re planning a workcation, you’ll want to know that the wi-fi in that area is really spotty.
This was a really great place to stay and would definitely stay here again!
First night we had a major water leak that came from the septic. We called the owner; who immediately went to work to resolve the issue. They understood we could not stay there. Not only gave us a refund; found another owner with a property available to save our family vacation.
I would recommend not only the property but the owners.
This was our annual Sister's trip. We varied in ages from 60-77. The house accommodated our needs with 6 separate bedrooms each with a king bed and en suite full bath. The towels and bedding were nice, the house was very clean, and supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, kitchenware, soap, shampoo were in ample supply. The deck furniture was wonderful. Our host, Mary, answered our questions immediately and provided lots of useful information about the area. We highly recommend this VRBO, especially if you are looking for a beautiful home on Tablerock Lake. It has a bunk room that sleeps an additional 8 people. Lots of space, Netflix, games and a pool too. A marina and beach are within walking distance.

Vacation 2022
House was beautiful. We had 6 adults and 8 kids. Plenty of room for all. Kids loved the pool and view of the lake. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The only complaint was the internet. It was soooo slow. Could not watch Netflix. There is no cable/satellite so this was the only option. The other issue was that it was right next to sewage filtration. There is a horrible smell when sitting outside on the deck depending on which was the wind blows. Still a great place to vacation. Hopefully the few issues can be fixed

Things you should know
Beautiful lodge and lake. Really enjoyed our family stay here!
There are a few things we think you should be aware of, and this is in no way a criticism .
We really could have used a dust pan (broom provided) and a mop to clean the floors.
There are ants in the lower level kitchen. We bought spray, but didn't get rid of all of them.
There is no grease catcher under the grill, allowing the grease to end up on the patio. Also. the brass stem on burner #5 from the left is broken.
There is a light bulb burned out on the main floor patio, West side.
This is a great place to have a family vacation, and Table Rock is so much quieter than Lake of the Ozark. Would recommend Hawk Pointe Lodge to anyone looking for a family vacation location!

Great house for a large family!
There was plenty of room for our family of 20 which included 11 adults 2 teenagers 4 kids and 3 babies. The house is gorgeous.
The only cons I have are there are never enough towels. We always bring extra but if it sleeps 21 there should be towels for everyone. As far as cleanliness goes, there was a broom but no dustpan and no vacuum or mop. The cleaning ladies had just left when we got there but they do not mop. I am very particular and to me the floors were not clean.
I still give it four starts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely book again, just need to bring a few more supplies.

The kitchen was so easy for many of us to work in at the same time. The view was great, obscured a little by a tree. Would have been nice to have a path to the lake. Boat rental was within walking distance. Tables and chairs for eating was abundant on the main level. Upper deck had great table and chairs; enjoyed gliders on the shaded lower deck. It was a short, easy walk to community pool. There was a lot of talk about returning to this house.
We have stayed at this property or the surrounding ones in the past and always enjoy our time. There is so much room to spread out and have your own area. I love how close we are to the marina and the part of table rock we are on... its not as busy. Only downfall is our tv's were not working the day of check in or the following day. It was a bit frustrating just because we wanted to sit back and relax after a long day of work. They did work on getting it fixed. Internet is not then best because of where you are and if multiple people are on it. Overall the home was clean and nice!

Awesome accommodations...almost
For the good...
The actual house is awesome. Big, open areas for gatherings with bedrooms that have their own bathrooms attached. The views are incredible and everything was super clean and fresh. We have stayed at three different properties over the years and this is the nicest by far. Wish it was right on the lake (lake access), but incredible, really.
A few things to improve...
The internet needs a boost. With a full house we struggled to get signals. This was difficult for those of us who have to work a little on vacations
The parking is too small and there is a huge utility meter right in the middle that gets in the way. There is nowhere for boat trailers (this is a lake house and should have).
The dumpsters are too small and not emptied frequently enough for the property. It was constantly overflowing.
House was within walking distance of Baxter Marina which was very nice. Also close to Kimberling city by boat or car which was convenient! I would come back to this spot in a second.
The Evolve property management was useless. Evolve Synthia did nothing.
Internet and televisions out of service. Thermostat would not change, rear door would not lock, front door locked only after repeated attempts. Communicated with Evolve and owner with concerns, no action or satisfaction. I title this “ Deaf Ears Rental “
