C-203 Port O' Call:

Wild Dunes Resort, on Isle of Palms, is one of the most exclusive, quiet and beautiful resort communities on the East Coast. Isle of Palms is an uncrowded barrier island only 30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

This spacious, updated 2nd floor, one bedroom villa offers partial ocean views. It is located in the gated community of Wild Dunes, home of world class Har-Tru tennis courts and two Tom Fazio designed public golf courses. The villa is less than 100 yards from The Links golf course and a very short drive to the Harbor Course.

Imagine lying in your king-size bed with a view of the ocean. Or enjoy the screened-in porch that overlooks the pool and the beach. The condo is tastefully decorated while maintaining that 'beachy' feel. Recent updates include new shower, vanity top and sink in bathroom, new bedroom and living room furniture, new granite countertops and cabinet doors.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and pocket doors in every room for privacy.

Port O Call is located a mile from the Wild Dunes resort venues, meeting rooms and restaurants.

- Bicycle rentals also available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center.

NOTE: This condo does not provide a Sports Card which entitles you to use the Wild Dunes pools and the Wild Dunes fitness center that is located in the Port O Call clubhouse. Sports Card is not required to use golf and tennis facilities or dine at Wild Dunes restaurants. Port O Call has its own pool for guest use.

ALERT: March 10, 2026...Wild Dunes is currently in the process of obtaining permits to begin a beach replenishment project to install 1.2 million cubic yards of sand to the beaches due to erosion. The project is anticipated to begin in June or July.

Access to the beach was great. It wasn't overly crowded in March. Restaurants are close and we found options for my daughter with food allergies. It was easy to get to Charleston from the condo. I have mobility issues and having the elevator was perfect.

Escaping Reality

It was a wonderful stay at this condo. We went bike riding and enjoyed Wild Dunes area. The screened in porch was our favorite part because we could see the ocean and enjoy the sound of it. It was our escape from reality. We will be coming back!

The place was clean and comfortable for my husband and I. Kitchen was nicely stocked w everything we needed. Plenty of towels and extra linens. Location was perfect - close to the beach and no crowds. There were even comfy beach chairs, pool chair cushions, and noodles. John was responsive and even reached out during the week when we had a short power outage (a car hit a pole down on Palm Blvd). We would def stay again.
