There is wi-fi, smart TV, all the amenities that you expect in the kitchen, and a large deck for watching the surf. There are 2 bedrooms with full bath on the 3rd floor, with 1 queen and 1 king. The primary is on the 2nd floor and looks straight at the beach. It has a large bathroom with a jet tub and separate shower. There is also a queen bedroom on the 2nd floor with a full bath. There is 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 sets of full size bunks, television, and a full bath. This room is perfect for the younger crowd in your group. Per HOA: Per HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. There are a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this property. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at (restrictions apply, see below for more information and details)

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Vaccination records are required to be presented if asked for by the HOA. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- GOLF CART INFO: Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day per golf cart for a golf cart pass. Port A Beach Buggies offers special rates for guests staying at Gulf Waters RV Resort. Call Scott at. Starting 3/1/26 Gulf Waters will be doing in-house Golf Cart rentals only. Callto book.
