Treetops is a comfortable 3 bedroom house, recently renovated, with new fittings and furniture throughout. A well fitted kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space, linked to the large dining and comfortable lounge with wood fire. The main bedroom is spacious, has a queen bed, settee and wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have queen bedrooms and built in wardrobes. The large bathroom has separate shower and bath. Sheets and bathroom towels are not supplied. The laundry has washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board. Two driveways provide plenty of parking for 2-3 cars and boat trailer. The rear closed in verandah has a table tennis table and indoor 5 string clothes line. There are two grass areas, the lower with direct access to river track and a rear, upper level area out from the rear paved area.
