Location, location, location. This place was amazing. My daughter and 3 friends stayed here for a extended study abroad while at New South Wales. I can’t recommend this place enough. Communication with renter/management company was good. Laundry was decent (no dryer) and rooftop view was amazing. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn't on when we arrived. Which when you driver from Wagga with a 4 and 2 year old and arrive for bath/shower time, it wasn't ideal. haha. In addition to this the bed's were incorrectly listed on the listing. This meant that we were a double bed short and Lily and I were in a queen. We are both well over 6 foot :) In all, we enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent.
Perfect Coogee location, the apartment is very stylishly setup and has everything you need. My kids loved the place. Would luv to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

I booked this apartment for my sister and her family who came for a holiday from USA. They loved it! Nice, clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. Location is awesome too. Thank you!
Love the place, clean, very well located, and nice funiture, but very noisy (buses, motorcycles climbing the hill) and some things broken upon arrival (a window, a chair, the water jug, the vaccum cleaner). We appreciated the welcom gifts (wine bottle and snacks).
Amazing location - just a short walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants.
Since it is on Coogee beach, we were able to walk the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk a few times and enjoyed restaurants along the way. There is also an ocean pool alongside for swimming when the waves are too high. We used Uber several times for tours which worked very well. The windows need to be double-paned as it is a busy corner and noisy.

The flat was great and the location perfect. It was a bit noisy with motorbikes and early morning delivery trucks and refuse collection and I suspect the lack of air conditioning may be an issue in the summer months. That said, we had a fabulous time
The flat is nicely decorated and very spacious. Gorgeous views. It is situated on the first floor on a busy corner, so there is some noise from buses and bin collections. This wasn't a problem for our winter stay. The owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of when we had a question.

Badly in needand very noisy
This apartment is in an amazing position with great view towards the beach, the finishing touches as shown in the photos are just like you see.... but sadly this is where it stops. There was no previous reviews to see although if googled through previous letting agents the noise is very bad from the traffic below and complained about several times. The main bedroom window is above the bus stop with buses stopping and leaving all night and the traffic lights only 50 yards further on. We did move the bed to the opposite wall and found this slightly better. There is only suitable wardrobe space in the main bedroom. There was fresh linen at the top but pulling this down had marks on because the shelves were dirty. The second bedroom has a cupboard with a half rail very low down and a very dirty fan that I did ask to be removed but was not. The single bedroom has no cupboard space at all.
This apartment could be amazing if it had some general maintenance and cleaning upkeep. It is impossible to have windows open because of the noise and the windows being very old also in need of repair and painting. We were disappointed as our booking was for 12 nights and looking at the photos expected a better quality apartment.
Really lovely apartment in a original Coogee building. Excellent accommodation and great kitchen.
But … it is very noisy. The busses, garbage trucks and street sweeping is early (3:30am in June) and noisey. If you are there on the weekend, the revellers walking home talking about their night, share every detail for you to hear.
If you use a noise machine during the night, this is perfect.
If you need absolute silence to sleep, maybe look elsewhere.
