This was the perfect location for what my family and I were looking for. We love being on the beach, not a block or 2 away. The condo had everything we needed and it was perfect for our long weekend at the beach!

Renee was absolutely wonderful! She was always available and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The condo was amazing, with a beautiful view and the perfect location right on the beach! I truly cannot say enough about what an incredible experience we had. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a comfortable and well-appointed two bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront corner unit. The unit is clean and has all necessary items needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. We were there for ten nights and other than buying groceries, there was nothing we needed to enjoy the condo. It was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. The unit has multiple charging blocks in the living room and bedrooms. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. It has a modern, full sized washer and dryer.The unit has a nice, large wrap around balcony with chairs and a chaise. You are very close to the ocean and the views are incredible.There is an under unit parking space with a remote-controlled gate. There is an additional outside parking space.The oceanfront location is close to all of Jacksonville Beach amenities as well as the Mayo Clinic and St. John's Town Center,The host is extremely responsive and friendly. She responded quickly to all my concerns.This is a first rate, well managed condo. I would highly recommend the unit and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent rental. Beach front with beautiful view. Very clean with no complaints. Furniture was nice and kitchen was newly renovated. Everything worked and couldn’t ask for more. Many extras including detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries, beach equipment, pier pass, and washer dryer. Very nice and highly recommended.

We had a beautiful time during our visit. The location has a beautiful view of the ocean and fit our needs well. We did not use any of the beach supplies as the weather was very cool during our stay but they had everything you could need to spend time enjoying the beach. Location is close to shopping and many restaurants. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Clean, beautiful views and a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean, everything was in working order. It is right on the beach and close to the pier. We could walk to several restaurants and ice cream. We are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
