Welcome to Casa Blanca - 29 Center Lane South

Find the perfect combination of comfort and convenience in this new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage. With a gorgeous view of the cove and just steps away from all the lakefront amenities, how could you beat this perfect location?

This home has a space for everyone. Starting with an open floor concept, the entire family can enjoy cooking and dinner together while others relax in front of the television nearby.
There is a queen guest room downstairs for the convenience of those that may not want to stay upstairs. Also, feel free to take the party outside on the front porch or the back screened-in porch.

Upstairs you'll find another queen guest space, as well as a built-in bunk room with four twin beds overlooking the East green and cove. Moving on to the King master, you will fall in love with this master oasis, complete with its own full bath.

Casa Blanca has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Perfect getaway!

Great property, great area

Great people to work with. House was a 10. Well stocked, very comfortable, perfection. Location is a 10. Very easy short walk to beach, pools, food trucks and coffee shop. I am 70 so when I say easy I mean easy.

It is located right in all the action with close proximity to church, pop-ups, movie nights, food trucks, volleyball, Mama Tigs and more! We have stayed in CL many times now, and this house by far stocked the best out of any of our other rentals. The mattress in the Master was extremely comfy and we loved the 2 hammocks upstairs. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home for family vacation

My extended family and I went for a getaway. This is such a beautiful home and is laid out perfectly. I will say, it’s a nice, bright, airy house. Most of the curtains are more on the sheer side. Just something to make note of if you’re traveling with little kids who need dark rooms to sleep. We had one question throughout our stay and the property managers got back to us really quick. In regards to Carlton Landing, I wish we would have come at the end of the week into the weekend. It’s definitely a weekend town so a lot of the shops/restaurants weren’t open during our stay. We had a great time taking the kids to the pools, though!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Easter weekend and had a lovely time! The location was perfect, as it was kind of a rainy weekend... so we could be out at the shops/lawn and easily head home when the rain started. The only down side was we had issues with hot water. There were 7 of us staying in the home and when 2 people showered at the same time, one didn’t get hot water (usually the person upstairs). They did attempt to come out and fix, but said they couldn’t find anything wrong. That was a little disappointing, as cold showers are never fun! Overall we had a wonderful stay and the home was just as pictured.

Upstairs balcony off the master had an amazing unobstructed view of the lake. We had a seamless experience booking with Lakestay and had no issues with the house. The location in Carlton landing is great - a very close walk to the pool, beach, boat dock, and pizza place. The house had almost everything we needed to cook meals for our 6 adults and 3 young children. The house was in very nice condition, furniture was great, beds were comfortable. Recommendation for improvement - many of the windows had either thin or no drapes which meant a lot of light coming into bedrooms. The lack of a grill was inconvenient- the community grill was just a short walk but did not heat very fast and there was a line to use. Otherwise we thought the house was excellent.
