Located just a short walk from the center of Main Street in historic downtown Fredericksburg, Studio B Guest House provides a relaxed setting for up to 12 guests. Whether a group of 1 or 12, guests have the accommodations and privacy of the entire 2800 sq. ft. house which includes 6 bedrooms with 3-1/2 baths. This home also includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, Smart TVs, dining room, laundry room, free Wi-Fi and so much more. The front porch area is perfect for relaxing in the swing and visiting with family/friends. The back porch area is equipped for grilling and eating outside.
A minimum of 8 guests and two nights stay is required on weekends and holidays. STR Permit #8056000259

Your job is to have a fun and a relaxing time at Studio B Guest House. We will do the rest like haul trash, strip beds, etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only children 12 and older are permitted. No pets please. Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.
A minimum of two nights stay on weekends with a minimum of 8 guests.
If groups less than 8 make a weekend reservation, the upstairs area will be blocked off.

We purchased this property from Diana's mom and her husband (Bob & Bobbie) in 2015 and moved from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area at that time. We have thoroughly enjoyed hosting groups in this historic home and sharing all the beautiful paintings, antiques and memorabilia.

Why they chose this property

Just a short walk to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. This home is near the end of a block and so you walk the equivalent of two blocks to Marketplatz where all the local festivals are held as well as the heart of Fredericksburg Main Street shopping. This is a great advantage as parking is at a premium on any given weekend and hard to come by.

What makes this property unique

This historic home is an art gallery for all of Bobbie's artwork and has some of Bob's glass pieces as well -- both previously displayed and sold at Studio B on Main Street in the 1990s. Guests will enjoy a house full of beautiful antiques and artifacts in addition to Bobbie's beautiful artwork.
