We are located next to the world renowned Tryall Golf Course and Resort and less than 10 minutes away from Grand Palladium !
Modern: each bedroom has its own bathroom, with walk on balcony !

Wonderful house and staff

Very big place, plenty of space for everyone. Excellent communication throughout from Damain. House staff was outstanding. Definitely consider hiring the chef!

Great place for an authentic experience!

Although there were some minor issues (a few electricity outages and intermittent low water pressure), our stay was amazing! Our drivers, the property manager, and the host were all attentive, helpful, and pleasant. We had a great balance of chill and activities, and the seafood restaurant within walking distance was superb! If you want to experience a more authentic Jamaica vs. a resort, definitely consider this accommodation.

Girls Getaway

The property was perfect for our group of 4. The bedrooms were spacious and loved that each room had it's own bathroom. Megan and the staff were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. The only thing I would suggest is a separate bathroom downstairs, which I understand is in the works. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great Birthday Weekend

Place was better than expected. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Spacious and clean. I enjoyed my birthday weekend here. Ms. Megan was a doll and so helpful with any of our needs. Definitely would recommend this villa. Damain was a great host and kept good communication with me before the trip and during my stay. Thank you guys for everything.

Relaxing and clean but a little far away

I would definitely recommend this place. It’s clean, spacious, and the hosts were really amazing. It would be great for a large group. They have another villa across from the pool and you could rent both. The only thing I would suggest is to rent a car. The host arranged a car service which was amazing but it started to get pricey.

Our ‘Go-To’ Spot in Jamaica

Damain, Your place is our go-to spot whenever we are Jamaica. We just love staying at your place! Walking to the store is convenient, the neighbors are so friendly and it’s nice to have a restaurant so close. We’re so happy we discovered you in Sandy Bay! We feel safe while relaxing and the to drive to Montego Bay and even Negril, is a breeze. Please thank Megan and Kadene for always looking out for us. See you all again in the winter, Aimee

Damain was very responsive. Beautiful villas located between Montego Bay and Negril; new construction with some finishing details still to be completed. Cloudy or rainy days impacts water which is solar heated. Must cross busy street to access beach and seafood restaurant (great food).

Beautiful home but not in Montego Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house!! The house is not located in Montego Bay so the drives home and to the fun were long so I wish I had done my research on the address. The power went out our first night and had no AC at all which was horrible in 88 degree weather. The owner tried his best to accommodate us but there’s nothing anyone can do to help someone get rest in 88 degrees sadly. Overall a good stay and beautiful home. Our group of 6 fit great at this location.

My visits to Jamaica has always been staying at Resorts in Montego Bay! but I must say that this was the best decision we made to stay here in Sandy Bay. The 15 minute drive down the coast was so scenic and beautiful. And you place is so clean, nice and comfy! We loved it! Damain thank you for going above and beyond from booking our reservation to the end of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly folks! We walked everywhere to the beach to the restaurant (my personal fav spot is hands down 'Patchie's Seafood, going to Valeries for breakfast was also a personal fav. Relaxing by the pool at night with a red stripe beer in hand was an added touch of serenity. Thank you so much for having us! Can live here? ..LoL....seriously??

Another Great Stay

Damain, get away to Jamaica was what we needed. We felt safer in Jamaica than how we feel in USA regarding Covid. I wouldn’t mind sheltering in place for 6 months, right there in your Villa... Seriously! You, Megan and others were super great and helpful as usual. We love Sandy Bay! The folks are so friendly and nice. The servers at Pachies Seafood restaurant totally remembered us as well (not sure if that’s good or bad) Love the upgrades you made. I didn’t use the AC in the master as I love the ocean breeze but nice touch ! And all the lovely flowers and greenery, love it. Thank you so much for having water tanks in place ! Came handy with water interruptions 2nd day of our stay. We look forward in coming back to your place. Thanks for always taking good care of us!

Would stay here again

Overall it was a good experience. The owner stayed in constant communication with us and at the end he reached on how he could do better or how he could improve for the future. Ms. Megan who was the local property manger was amazing. Any issues or questions she responded quickly with resolutions. Stay here if you want to feel what’s it’s like to be amongst the locals.

Fantastic Place to stay to really enjoy grassroots Jamaica

The town of Sandy Bay is smaller than the typical vacation hotspots and is more representative of the "real Jamaica". The residents are friendly, down-to-earth, and know how to have a good time. Our vacation rental was located in the heart of a neighborhood so we were right in the middle of everyday folks living their lives. The beach was just a stone's throw away and there were a few restaurants scattered along the shoreline with some really good food- some of the best that we had. If you're looking for a laid-back spot away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle but still authentically "Jamaican", I highly recommend Sandy Bay. Our driver, Walter, took us on tours to a few places such as a Negril. Walter is a great tour guide but an even better man. I highly recommend him for your tours. Our housekeeper was polite, friendly and always available to help when we needed her. This was a great group of folks working together to create a memorable stay.

Location/People: I love the coast line! and it's located 5 minutes from where i spent most of my core years growing up! You will feel the warmth of people as well....

Close proximity to alot: Tryall Golf course. Negril. Montego Bay.
I'm literally meters away from public transport if i choose that medium of transportation.
