When size and position matter, you'll love staying at this stunning near new apartment within the luxury Sterling Beachside apartment complex. With its massive balcony with beach & ocean views, is located within an easy walk of the beach, hotel resort, restaurants and cafes. You even have in the same building, a restaurant, café, IGA supermarket, bottleshop and gelato bar... really what more could you need, BYO family friends and your swimmers.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, three spacious which have direct balcony access and the gorgeous ocean view, the 4th smaller, with queen size bed. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids, or just take in the view, watching the surfers and the whales. Oh and find time to relax and read that book you never have time to do.

If sun, sea and relaxing is on your holiday list, this is the place for you. Fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ, or the no cook option of The Mawson Restaurant just a lift ride away.

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay at Seaview, the apartment is luxurious and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Just a short stroll to the beach and the hotel was perfect for dinner and drinks. The host Ange was very friendly and helpful, quick to reply to our queries. Only thing I could say that could use some improvement was the bed and bedding in the main bedroom. It was a little well worn and not as luxurious or comfortable as the other rooms. Overall we had a brilliant stay. Thank you!

Expectations were high but it was even better than expected!

The apartment is amazing, the size and feel of a penthouse but on a lower floor! Huge wraparound balcony, perfect for drinks while looking at the beach. Great kitchen, modern bedrooms and bathrooms. It's as gorgeous as it looks in the photos, and Ange was excellent to communicate with, would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for the weekend for my partners birthday with friends and it was nothing short of amazing! Location and apartment were both fantastic. The beds are extremely soft, which was the only down side but still ok to sleep in for the weekend. The apartment is very close to the beach and In beautiful condition. Highly recommended for weekend away.

Right in the heart of Caves Beach

This apartment is very spacious with great views, short stroll to the beach. Very convenient with IGA and restaurant in same building. Very secure with under cover parking. Agree with previous comments 4th bedroom not suitable for 2 adults. Our teenager slept in there and was comfortable though. Host (Ange) very approachable and accommodating.

Beautiful modern exec apartment in a beautiful quiet beach getaway

The place was immaculate, spacious and with all the mod cons. With a supermarket, restaurant and cafe downstairs, ocean views and stroll to the beach that was so quiet and beautiful. This place was a perfect mix of luxury and secludedness. Ange was also amazing so helpful with what to do and places to eat and also patient with us as we made a few mistakes that some owners or managers would normally be rightly annoyed. Looking forward to taking the family back in a couple of months. Thanks again Ange.

Beware-Apartment Accommodates 6 Adults ONLY

The apartment is lovely as per the description EXCEPT it is ONLY 3 Bedrooms. The 4th smaller room advertised as a bedroom - has no windows , no natural light or ventilation and a fold down wall bed, no room for luggage , no bedside tables or lamps and you could not sleep in the room as it claustrophobic .Sleeps 6 Adults only.

Perfect beachside getaway for a group

My husband and I booked both of Ange's apartments (Seaview and Seaduce) to stay for a few nights with the family over Christmas. We had a fantastic time relaxing both in the apartments and down at the beach (walking distance). Everything was as described, and Ange was excellent with communicating throughout our trip as required. Would recommend!
