Great spot with amazing view

Just over the road from Convent Beach - watch the dolphins and whales from the balcony - a quick walk left around the rocks to Main Beach and a stroll right to Pipi Beach.

The view was amazing beautiful sunrise, great, location but it should have internet included and a better cooktop with an exhausted fan so the fire alarm doesn’t go off. But everything else was great!!!

The view from this unit is the real draw card. So relaxing to look out over the protected beach and headland. We were lucky enough to watch whales and dolphins frolicking. It’s a very comfortable unit that reminded us of childhood holidays.

We paid above average for 3 nights, which was supposed to be “Million $ views on a Budget Price. NO linen, NO towels, NO WiFi. Only to find out there are LOTS of properties with ALL those amenities for LESS ! Shoddy second rate apartment with only ONE positive - the view! Did not enjoy at all!,

Needs to be renovated, very tired looking and the edges were going rusty. No bed linen or towels supplied. Views were lovely looked straight onto the ocean with nothing in front.

FANTASTIC VIEWS

Woke up to see dolphins in the ocean everyday from the apartment,views were the best! The apartment was of good size.Had everything you needed.What would've made it better is the main bed needs updating as it wasn't very comfortable and the lounge could've been a bit bigger.Over all it was value for money... wouldn't hesitate to go back!!!

Really enjoyed being close to the water. Great location! Only issue was a bit of sand through the Doona covers but to be expected at a beach!

Location fabulous "million dollar views" as advertised easy access to a variety of beaches all within walking distance. We have stayed at variety of places in Yamba and on Ocean Street and this is the best value for money that we have found. Welcoming agent and responsive to our enquiries. Comfortable but not pretentious accommodation.

Views to die for, our 5th year staying here, time for a little refresh, cleanliness OK but could do with an overhaul every few guest stays, value for money is incredible and Ray White are an awesome agent.

Great location, time for a update

If it wasn't for the location ( view) we would have asked for our money back, could be very good but the furniture is not suited for the small apartment, the dinning table is huge and the chairs bulky, its a competitive market and owners need to stop filling their apartments with hand me downs ! It was time for a deep clean, dust behind beds etc and kitchen appliances could do with a good clean eg Oven and the kettle

Views and convenience.

Stayed at Yamba in unit 3 boorolong. Views and convenience were great and the unit was quite comfy and clean. With all 3 bedrooms full the living and balcony wouldn't be big enough. Best for a couple or only a couple of kids. Unfortunately noise travels easily and above my unit was a tenant who considered trance rave music to all hours was fair enough. Lack of sleep has worn me out.

This unit is in a great location - close to beaches, shops, hotel. Wonderful ocean views. 3 bedrooms, so the living area, kitchen and food storage areas are small. But the location and price meant we were happy to overlook those short-comings, and would book again.

Excellent Place to Stay!!!

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago it was a nice place to stay. It was very homely and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah taking in the amazing views and ocean breezes, it was close to everything we needed and in the future we plan on coming back with our children for another holiday, we cant thank you enough for the affordable and beautiful place to stay
