Located directly opposite the popular Miami Beach on the island s South Coast, Kirwatha is a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure that you remain cool on the inside despite the tropical heat on the outside. The property is fully enclosed with large gardens and plenty parking. It s a short distance from restaurants, Freights Bay for surfers; the Barbados Golf Club and the fishing town, Oistins.

Older historic feeling property in a perfect location with the beach across the street and very short walking distance to the Oistins fish market restaurants. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great communications with our rental agent who could answer any question we had but these were few and far. Rented a car for the last week we were here and the private driveway was a big plus as there was no street parking most days until after sundown. Quiet neighborhood except for the waves at the beach and the frogs at night... And the occasional rooster.

Perfect Location

Kirwatha is a beautiful traditional home on Miami Beach, Barbados. From the expansive front porch to the traditional shutter windows and beautiful hardwood floors to the manual gas stove, the house is an experience in Beijing living. (Note, if. you are looking for a. modern updated home with all the bells and whistles, this is not the place for you, that's not a negative, everyone's taste differs.). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and all have air conditioning. The main living space is not air conditioned. The front door is traditional key lock. The location is literally steps away from the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided) and a short walk from Ousting fish fry and the bus station. Magnus was friendly, responsive and very gracious to all of our needs during our stay. If this is your vibe, you will not regret renting this home.
