This is the beach house you have been searching for all this time. Perfectly positioned in a lovely, quiet culdesac within walking distance of the beach, local Club, swimming pool, shops and cafes.
Please note that this property no longer welcomes pets - from October 2021.
Your family's memories will be of this home and fantastic beach side holidays. Everyone will enjoy the beach and the large, flat backyard.

The home features a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space as well as a bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles and ashower. There is also a separate shower situated at the rear of the garage.

Enjoy outside entertaining and relaxing in the alfresco area which flows out onto the lawn and well maintained gardens.
This really is the ultimate beach house, featuring:

- four bedrooms
- main bathroom
- separate shower
- lounge
- meals area
- wii console
- multiple TVs (lounge, dining and master bedroom)
- lock up garage
- air conditioning in main bedroom and lounge
- ceiling fans

This is a property with loads of character and an instantly relaxing feel about it.
Less than 700 metres to the patrolled surf beach - all you need is your thongs, your swimmers and maybe a fishing rod.

Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds, one x double bed and a single bunk bed.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Beach Break

This property is in a very handy location easy walking distance to Rainbow Beach Sports Club, Ed's Bakery and the IGA. It was an easy adult walk (about 5 or 6 blocks) to the main shopping street which has Pubs, Cafes and eateries, Bakery, Chemist and Newsagency. Awesome Beach (Dog Friendly on leash)and Park areas also down in this area. The house had plenty of sleeping options in 4 rooms and a fully fenced shady yard for our 2 dogs. The secure 1 car Garage kept our car safe from storms. There is an extensive DVD and Book library as well as kids games. Kitchen had heaps of cutlery crockery, plastics and cook ware etc. (No dishwasher)Plenty of outdoor seating in the undercover BBQ area too. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic family getaway spot

I genuinely felt like I had stepped back into my childhood of going to a beach house for a holiday. Whilst not the fanciest place in town, it felt like we were staying at a friend’s house where everything was available, rather than a sterile unit. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of games & entertainment available (including scooters for the kids to use in the cul de sac) and there was even bath toys! Our dog was perfectly comfortable and safe with an enclosed yard. Only downsides are no Foxtel and our mobile data signals were hit & miss due to lowish ceilings, but otherwise we would love to come back again!

Great Beach House

The perfect base for a good, old-fashioned beach holiday. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, the yard was great for our dogs and the kids loved the foosball table and darts. There were plenty of books on the bookshelf as well. Excellent holiday.
