Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Property fantastic. Unit, furniture, especially appliances, a bit tired. It may be a new buy that they are waiting to update. I hope so. We had a good time.

Great Property

The location and property is great. The property management company needs to upgrade the bed linens and pillows, they are beyond needing to be thrown away. They need to go to a customer service seminar. Some of the vacation needs to be about the guest and not about what the property management company wants to make their lives easier. However when you get past them, It's a super place to stay and one on one communication with the property management company is satisfactory. We had a great time and would like to go back for another vacation.

Treasure Island Vacation

Stay was great! Condo was large, clean, and as pictured. Plenty of amenities including beach canopy and chairs. Complex buildings and landscaping were well maintained. Nice quiet beach area at the southern end of the island. Pool area was very nice as well. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. Only amenity I would add would be a Keurig coffee maker and an update on the bed linens - a little worn. Disappointing that most of the perimeter boardwalk was not available due to storm damage last September. the beach part of the boardwalk has been updated. This should be noted in the listing. I would definitely book this condo again!

Outstanding Experience!!

We absolutely loved this unit and the complex. Some other reviews said the furnishings were outdated and I would say yes on just the couch in the living area which was older but still nice. The pictures online were very accurate. We just didn't spend much time on the couch and didn't turn on the tv once. Some also said the beds were hard and that is true but we seemed to get used to them. We spent more time on the patio when we were not at the beach. This unit had amazing views and so close to the beach. The pool was very nice but we never used it. Everything worked wonderful except the dishwasher and we told management when we left so I am sure that will be fixed. Overall this was an amazing experience for our family of 4 and we will definitely return to this unit or complex in the future. Well taken care of and the complex was very nice and safe as well. The location of this being at the end of the road made it so quiet and the beach was never overcrowded. You almost felt like it was your own private beach.. Highly recommend this unit and complex for a family vacation and we look forward to returning in the future.

Everyday surfaces were very clean, only hold back from 5-stars was accumulated dust on fans and light fixtures...easily overlooked on tight weekly turnaround but it was a pretty thick layer. Overall, it was a terrific experience and a highly recommended rental unit!!

Anniversary Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit at Land's End for the most part was nice! The kitchen was pretty well stocked for our needs. Didn't care for the bottom-mount refrigerator though. Ice from the bin goes everywhere when trying to get ice out of the freezer. Not a good design plus it wasn't counter depth so there wasn't a whole lot of room to get through from the study area to the kitchen. The beds weren't very comfortable at all! The king bed in Master Bedroom was HORRIBLE!! No padding at all!!! Felt like we were laying on the floor. It hurt my back and side. The other beds in guest bedroom weren't much better. The bathrooms were nice with walk-in showers. Liked the walk-in closet too! (Suggest a trash can be added in the bedroom.) Not to be picky but I was not impressed with the cleaning in certain areas: refrigerator door bins were dirty, pantry where toaster was stored had bread crumbs, bathroom vents were caked with dirt, the dryer vent had layers of lint and patio furniture wasn't straightened. So the cleaning service could definitely use some improvement especially being we have to pay a cleaning fee. Nice view of the beach! Not too far of a walk to the beach. Awesome BIG pool too with showers and restrooms! The hot tub wasn't very bubbly after pushing the button to turn jets on and was scorching hot! Would like to come back to Land's End but will probably look for another unit to stay in unless the owners change the mattresses. Loved the private beach and collecting shells!!! Nice area with shopping and good restaurants nearby...

Gave up explanation

Over a period of 4 days [texts, calls, VMs], I failed to convince management that tap & shower water flow was less than lukewarm. My family had cold showers all 7 days. First day was excusable as I did not find switch board to reset the “trip”. A gentleman promptly came and fixed that little problem. The water temperature never went up more than what probably seemed like 65 degrees to us. 😀. This is through all taps & showers. The management is responsive, courteous, and prompt. Property is top notch clean, secure and is well equipped. Just the fact that I was unable to convince folks about water temperature makes me not think about going back there. And I was never told why we were given a different unit than the one which I booked and happens to be on all paperwork.

Great location and property!

We have been visiting Treasure Island/ Lands End for years. We really enjoyed this condo and will definitely be back! Hopefully without the Red Tide and dead sea life though!

Nice and extremely clean condo!

This condo was really nice and probably the cleanest condo I ever rented! Location was great! Only improvement would’ve been to have useable beach chairs. Unfortunately all the ones they had were broken, thus we had to buy some to use during our stay and just leave them since we flew.

The condo had all you need for a perfect beach get-away: fully equipped kitchen, beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, etc. The rain-like shower in the master bedroom will spoil you. Nice cushioned furniture on the balcony. There is nothing not to like. The bed in the master bedroom is extra firm which was good for my back. Overall, i highly recommend this condo for a relaxing stay on the beach.

Could have used more kitchen gadgets and tools (there is certainly room with lots of empty cabinets). The bed is not comfortable and had very rough sheets. We had several items that were broken (guest room didn’t lock, toilet paper holder in master room was broken) and the garbage disposal stopped working but that was addressed quickly by maintenance. Overall, a nice place, reasonably priced and quiet area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
