O apartamento estava muito limpo, muito bem conservado, sem qualquer cheiro de mofo, tanto nos armários quanto nos colchões etc, com aparência de novo. Prédio bem localizado, com boa estrutura e também bem conservado. Fomos prontamente e muito bem atendidos pelo proprietário.
