When entering the apartment you step into a light, bright flowing living dining area opening out onto your furnished balcony where you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets across the river, the natural beauty of the North Shore, this is a perfect spot for your next holiday. Owner provides 2 kayaks for guests if you wish to take a paddle down the river.

Mariners Point is North facing so you will enjoy the full winter sunshine, while comforted by the North East sea breezes in summer. Only a short stroll takes you down along the iconic Noosa River precinct which is ideal for families and couples. Enjoy walks along the walking paths, hire a boat and enjoy a motor down the river, eat at one the many wonderful restaurants all at your door step.

Please remember to bring your beach towel (hiring is available through Laguna Holidays @ $5 per beach towel) Most properties will provide a linen change after 10 nights or longer, please check with our office if this property provides this service.
