Enjoy this large 90 m2 three bedroom and two bathroom apartment with a spacious terrace with sea view and big shared garden, just 50m from the beach.

You can also enjoy our shared pool and garden.

Pool has a water heating function too.

It also has an outside fireplace, free parking spot in the yard of the house, free Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned – having everything you need for an ideal vacation.

Pool is shared only with guests of our house, ie. other two small apartments.


**** About the apartment:

You'll love to stay in this large three bedroom and two bathroom apartment with a large 20 m2 terrace and sea view in the small town Okrug on island Ciovo, connected to the mainland with two bridges.

It's located on the first floor of a private house and beach is just 2 min walking from the apartment.

You can enjoy pool for free, shared only with guests of our other two small apartments.

Terrace has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a nice view to the sea and islands.

Living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels and air-condition unit.

Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house and our large 200 m2 garden shared with guests of our two smaller apartments.

Both bathrooms have a shower and hair dryer.

Washing machine is in the owners apartment and can be used for free. We can also provide you an iron and ironing board.

You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Everything Okrug has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful beach, restaurants, caffe bars…

Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please ask in advance.

This apartment is only available for visitors who recognize it as the best deal to boost their pleasure of visiting Croatia.

Lovely stay which felt like a home

We really enjoyed out stay here.. and didn't want to leave! the property manager and his Mother who stays onsite were so helpful, kind and gave us some great tips on where to go. They made us feel welcomed and my daughter loved hanging out with them. We loved their dog too :) The apartment was spotless, tidy and clean. The shower was really powerful, the beds were really comfortable, the pool was excellent, perfect temperature and the view of the sea from the balcony was stunning especially at sunset. The kitchen was equipped with the basics - we brought a few of our own things to make storing food easier like food clips and sandwich bags. Supermarket was a short car ride away so we cooked a lot of meals at home. Apartment is walking distance to Trogir harbour and town with markets via a little short cut, local supermarket and beach. Krka National Park was divine and the beaches are super clean with clear warm waters. Croatia is a true gem of the world and is clean and a real beauty. I would definitely not hesitate to return to this lovely apartment in beautiful Croatia.

Fantastic Host, Great View, Super Clean

We rented this property after spending 7 days on a sailboat and was not sure what to expect of Trogir but found that to be a great stop for 2-3 days. It is close to airport and the town has several cultural features. The flat is about a 1KM walk to the main town area. The place was spotless upon checkin and the host was super friendly who quickly showed us the path to a semi-private swim at the sea a few steps from flat. One of our better vacation stays on VRBO.
