This beautiful private apartment is located inside the olive groove of South Corfu in the village of Melikia
All our guests have access to the villa s garden and facilities (BBQ, parking etc.)
In the area there are available 3 super markets, a health center and bank services.
In a walking distance there is a bus station with connections to Corfu Town and Kavos.Taxi and Car Rental services are also available
Me and my wife I will be glad to welcome you and give all the useful information for the area. We will give tips for the beast beaches, the nicest restaurants and the best spots of the area.

Nicoli and Takis were wonderful, caring hosts from the very first moment. During our stay, we felt at times like we were visiting family. The two gave us great tips for beaches, restaurants, and activities and told us a lot about the country and its culture. Wonderful stay!

We visited the island of Corfou from top to buttom in 4 days. Nicoli and Dimitri received us like their children ! Very attentive, very friendly, they made our stay much easier... Ce séjour chez Takis et Nikoli était parfait!Leur disponibilité, leurs conseils pour les sites et excursions furent précieux.Ils m'ont conseillé pour l'agence de location de voiture, qui nous attendait à l'aéroport.Nous sommes allés visiter Paxos, antipaxos et Sivota avec leur aide. Le port est à proximité.Ces deux semaines nous ont permis de découvrir quasiment toute l'île de Corfou!La villa et ses extérieurs sont un havre de paix verdoyant décorés avec soin par Nikoli.L'appartement a tout le confort nécessaire et est très propre. Il y a la possibilité d'utiliser la machine à laver.La literie est neuve.Le linge de toilette et de lit sont changés très régulièrement.Un grand barbecue est disponible.La localisation dans le sud de Corfou permet d'avoir un accès rapide aux différentes plages du sud est et sud ouest.Le centre du village propose des restaurants et bar accessibles à 5 mn.3 supermarchés sont facilement accessibles à quelques minutes en voiture ainsi qu un centre médical et une pharmacie.Avec ma fille de 16 ans, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges et les rires avec nos hôtes et nos voisins.Si vous voulez un lieu paisible loin du tumulte du tourisme de masse : vous êtes au bon endroit !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Nikoli grâce à la bienveillance et l'accueil de ce couple adorable 🫒.

Our stay here was a great success.The owners were incredibly friendly and always available to help whenever needed.The attention to every detail in the apartment was a huge plus, including the shutters, lockable mosquito nets, comfortable bed, and excellent kitchen equipment.We also appreciate the welcome treat left in the kitchen.There was coffw ready to make,a coffee machine, and a washing machine available for guests' use.The garden deserves special mentiowith its beautiful seating areas and stones hand-painted by the owner.In summary, it's a perfect place to relax and I highly recommend it.

Sans de l'hospitalité !

Nicole et Dimitri sont toujours a l'affût du bien être de leurs voyageurs. Nous avons eu droit le deuxième soir au plat typiquement grecque préparé avec soin par Nicoli. L'emplacement est sans intérêt cependant vous trouverez de très jolies plages à proximité. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à communiquer avec nos hôtes car nous ne maîtrisons pas bien l'anglais mais l'accueil de ces derniers nous a fait oublier ce désagrément.

Relaxing Corfu

A conveniently located and comfortable apartment. The friendly and helpful owners are on site to make your stay as relaxing as possible. There are a plentiful and varied supply of local beaches and the local village (0.7 miles)has several good restaurants.

Perfect hosts

Takis en Tetta are perfect hosts! They showed us the area, gave us advice and they were available whenever we needed help. Had a great holiday in this beautiful part of Corfu!
