Delightfully presented 4-bedroom villa recently refurnished for the pleasure of holidaymakers.

In an elevated position near the golf course and handy to everywhere, this property has a spacious living room and dining area, compact kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. It has all the facilities for that family getaway including televisions with built-in DVDs in the kids rooms.

Sit back and enjoy the bird life and the occasional kangaroo whilst soaking up the afternoon sun on the north facing veranda. Additional features include air conditioning and wood heating, 3 TV's, washing machine and dryer and double carport.

Lovely home

The property is lovely and has everything you need , needs some maintenance, it would be lovely to have extra desk chairs for bigger groups

The property space suited our family (4 adults and 4 children) It had lots of kitchenware, books, dvds for rainy days etc. which was really good and convenient. The only thing that was a down side was the cleanliness of the property. It was very dusty with spiders everywhere. It also had a strong musty smell. It needs a good spring clean. Cutlery in the drawers were also dirty and needed to be washed on arrival. Other than that it was a good stay.

Had to pick up key from a office no lock box then drop it back to the office very inconvenient Rubbish bins were so full No hand towels Two rolls of toilet paper for two nights and seven people not good The dinning table is glass just a little dangerous 1 tea towel So on top of bring linen and food we had to go get toilet paper a hand towel and a tea towel Maybe should have told us we need to bring toilet paper Thank you for your time

Noble Villa comfortably accommodated our family of four and another family of three. The weather at the start of the week was cool so we enjoyed a fire. When it warmed up there wasn't a nice area for us all sit outside. This was one of the downfalls of this property along with it needing a thorough clean around windows and under beds. Other areas clean though. Master bed comfy and good ensuite. Generous pantry provisions. Good kitchen.
