Incredibly well located, this neat little family beach cottage is perfect for an affordable beach escape. Comprising three bedrooms and two living areas across two stories, Vardon is exceptionally well presented and oozes relaxation. Only minutes walk to the beach via the Howard Street / Deans Marsh Road reserve and another 5 minutes on into the heart of town. Other features include ample off street parking, modern furnishings, double bunk room, sofa bed in living room, private balcony area with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Quaint and full of character, Vardon is quite simply a great family retreat.
