House was in an excellent location, 3 min walk from Rainbow Park and 5 min walk to the inlet beach. Shops around the corner. Clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and 1 bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe upstairs. You do need to bring your own linen, towells and tea towells. Kitchen with everything. There is a tumble dryer but a clothes horse and a few more pegs on the line would be welcome! The estate agents and hosts were friendly to deal with and responded to our queries in a pleasant and timely manner. I loved the house and would stay again!
We loved our mothers and daughters weekend getaway! The location was perfect, there was no need to drive anywhere! The facilities were exactly what we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were so close to the beach, which suited all of us, especially my 16 year old daughter.
Would definitely recommend a stay here! We’ll be back for sure.

Great Location and that's as far as it goes
The location was perfect to park the car and walk to the main street and beach.
On walking into the house the smell was horrible and the cleanliness or lack there of left a lot to be desired.
I wouldn't rent this property again unless I knew for certain it had had a full white glove clean and sanitisation.

Could have been better, attention to detail is required.
It is a great house in a great location however we were disappointed and let down by attention to detail. Having a girls weekend away we would appreciate some wine and champagne glassware to be provided not just 1 wine glass and 1 champagne glass (serious). More than 2 rolls of toilet paper would be welcomed (1 for each toilet) and some milk on arrival. It is appreciated to have all lights to be working and a shelf or caddy to be placed in the shower so your toiletries are not on the ground. Please provide some complimentary toiletries as they are a nice touch and well received should they have been forgotten to be packed. Your terms and conditioners are contradictory when you want to charge extra for things not completed however we washed all glasses and crockery as they felt grimy.
We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The place was cleaned thoroughly and was nice and warm for the middle of Winter. It was close to the main street and the beach so easy to walk everywhere. The views from the deck and the main room were nice. Had everything we needed. We will be back. :)
Just stayed here for a girls weekend for the second time! Great, large, clean, modern townhouse, in a fabulous location! Short walk to shops, just around the corner, and beach at the end of the street!

Avoid!
Stockdale and LEGGO Estate Agents manage this property. Very disappointed overall. Poor basic facilities. Property not very clean and seems it needs a good make-over. Dead flies around most windowsills! estate agents only interested in charging for every little thing e.g to pick up pillows from a bedroom floor after bedding removed for them (which they charge extra for) or to move a simple bar stool back to its original position after we moved it so it wouldn’t be a hazard for our small children

We were a little surprised to receive your recent feedback that you didn’t enjoy your stay at Sail Away.
During your stay at this property, we didn’t receive any communication from you regarding how your stay was proceeding at the property. If we had, we would have tried to rectify any issues you may have had. As for the extra charge you received upon departure, this was due to you not washing your dirty dishes which then resulted in our cleaner having to spend additional time at the property.
