WE ACCEPT PAYMENT UP TO 12X WITHOUT INTEREST, WHICH MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE OWN SITE.

The house has a complete structure to comfortably serve 13 people in beds and we offer bed linen, towels, pillows, kitchen utensils, TV with fans in the suites of the house.

If you exceed the number of 10 people we will charge a fee of R $ 50.00 per day for each additional person.

We do not provide mattresses or bed linen and towels for additional people.

The house is composed as follows:

02 complete suites with double beds and one with a single bed.
All of them have a bathroom with acrylic shower, toilet and hygienic shower, sink, mirror, side tables, windows and wooden door, cabinets.

Full kitchen with cupboards, refrigerator, vertical freezer, clay filter, table with 4 chairs, 4-burner Dako industrial stove, granite side table and hand wash basin.

Outdoor area, barbecue, shower, volleyball court, huge balcony with several hammocks to relax, horizontal freezer, several bar tables, 8.00x4.00 pool, sunbathing chairs, several side tables, barbecue, 2 gazebos with table and benches to play cards and rest every day, lots of fruit trees.

We are located at Fazenda Bonsucesso, passing the main bridge in the center of Pirenópolis and heading towards Bonsucesso farm, we are right after Pousada Cavaleiro dos Pirineus, a farm surrounded by beautiful waterfalls everywhere, in addition to having the privilege of Rio das Almas passing inside the farm, providing a walk and a bath by the river everywhere.

We have a garage for 04 covered cars and parking for 20 cars in the open.

The house is located on the Bonsucesso road, approximately 03 km follows the asphalt until the end, ending it travels over 2 km on a dirt road until the entrance to the Bonsucesso farm, we are on the right of the road sign.

Several waterfalls close to the farm, it is an attraction apart from the region.

We have a cook service for R $ 150.00 per night, she goes in the morning at 8:00 am makes breakfast, lunch at noon and afternoon coffee and washes all crazy, takes out the trash, ends at 17:00. If you are interested in the service, notify when you forward the data to make the contract.

We request a deposit check to be given to Mrs. Lourdes at check-in in the amount of R $ 500.00, which will be returned at check-out if nothing has been broken or damaged in the property.
