Spacious NY Style Loft Downtown Eastport

This spacious and open designed 3 BR loft is located in the heart of activity in Eastport right across the street from the harbor and Outlook Park, providing an authentic experience of what Maine coastal life is really like.

All the restaurants, boat tours, galleries are a short walking distance and there is a quiet and friendly brew pub and a wonderful wine bar right across the street to relax at during the evening. Wake up in the morning with a fresh brew of coffee and stroll less than a minute to Outlook park on the water and enjoy our amazing sunrises and all the activity in the harbor. Or we have a very beautiful fenced in court yard in the backyard with plants, trees and plenty of places to relax. There is a BBQ grill available for your use as well.

The 3rd floor of the building and is like no other in Eastport. As you enter the unit you walk into the main floor and are greeted with a 16 ft high wood ceiling and a very open concept encapsulating the living room, dining room, and large modern kitchen with island/breakfast bar providing a view of the water while cooking up a meal. It provides an open feel as if you are outside yet there is a coziness to it because of the numerous nooks to choose from in the grand room to hang out in.

The master bedroom suite can be opened to the grand room or sealed off with the rustic sliding barn doors creating a place of solitude for the guests inside with a separate sitting room and master bath. Add a coffee maker and you never have to leave if you don't want to.

And upstairs on the balcony are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath which provide great views into the grand room as you exit the rooms to head downstairs.

We provide 2 queen sleep sofas to help in sleeping arrangements should extra guests need a place to crash or perhaps 2 families make the trip together and let the kids have the fun experience of sleeping in the grand room.

These units are perfect for large family or perhaps 2 smaller families to come to Eastport and spread out and relax for a week and experience all the Downeast has to offer.

Eastport is a community surrounded by water, totally off the grid, at the end of the road that is as far North and East as you can possibly travel in the USA. Where if you stay and visit us for a week, you will likely be called by your first name by locals as you walk down the street by the end of the week.

Not only is Eastport an incredibly friendly city, but it also has a busy working waterfront. And staying in the downtown provides everything you need while still being surrounded by all the beauty of this coastal area.

Everything is in easy walking distance: restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, art center, outside activities and performances, pier fishing, whale watching, and fishing trips, relaxing walks along the water in the early AM for the first sunrise to touch the USA or a peaceful evening stroll to enjoy the weekly outdoor movie and music performances, or perhaps just a walk to a local pub or restaurant.

Yet despite being in the mix of it all, you could see a whale swim by out in the bay or a deer walk down the road. No car needed. Just arrive and relax and take it all in.

What are some things to do nearby? There is a ferry in Eastport that takes passengers and bikes to Lubec to check out the town. There is also an opportunity for fishing charters, whale watching trips, or experience how a​ lobsterman pulls traps. There is also a very vibrant art culture with a lot of talented local artists displaying in numerous galleries in Eastport.
