SMDC management will charge of additional fee for the following activities;

• P150/pax (regular days) P300/pax (holidays) for the use of swimming pool by the unit guests.
• Basketball and tennis court are for Php200 per hour per session.
• Badminton Court for Php300 per hour per session.
• Function Rooms can be reserved and used for a fee to be arranged at the admin office.

Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations:
(Non compliance will be ask to leave the swimming pool)
• Proper swimming attire is a must; T-shirt and shorts are not allowed in the swimming pool
• Children below 12 yrs. old need to be fully supervised by the parents/ adults
• Clubhouse opens at 8 AM till 10 PM only.
Parking:
• Free Parking In front of Tower 1 to 5 for the first 3 hours (receipt should be validated by the stores) then Php 20 for the succeeding hours
• Back of the Clubhouse for Php100 overnight (single entry)
• Back of the Clubhouse for Php150 overnight (multiple entry)
• Sky Lounge access (Roof deck with 360 view of Batangas, Laguna, Cavite) can be arranged at the reception desk from 8 AM till 6 PM free of charge.

I have a caretaker to assist you for checking in and out of the unit. Sometimes me and my wife can also assist you (If we have available time).

Caretaker will meet you at the Lobby and guide you to the unit and orient you for the detailed instruction.
