A Clean and Simple Retreat
Come find peace and relaxation at this simple country home. Located on a quiet road with easy access to Hunter and Windham towns and Ski resorts. Countless hiking options, lakes and other outdoor activities during the Spring, Summer and Fall. Imagine morning coffee on the large front covered porch while overlooking the newly rehabbed East Kill Creek (stocked with brown trout DEC).

The Space
Originally built in the late 1800s, this historical country home has been recently updated with an open floor plan on the first floor, finished in beautiful Bamboo floors and includes updated Culligan water system, new Sub-zero refrigerator and propane Viking stove. There is also a Washer and Dryer located upstairs.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house and property. Adequate cell phone reception. Fiber optic Wi-Fi for all your needs, along with a binder full of area secrets and suggestions to keep you entertained and busy. Help us keep our beautiful Bamboo floors in good condition, remove your shoes and boots while in the house.

Please only drive on the driveway. The house septic is located in front of the house and you don’t want to damage it.

Wash sandy/dirty feet or clothing outside by the hose. You will clog the old piping if you shower with dirt, costing us hundreds to fix.

We love to ski and hike the Catskills, have been for years, when the house is not booked this is our country getaway.

Clean, clean, clean , and with fresh updates all around, high end appliances nice added touch, warm and cozy. plenty of space, and nice flat yard for flag football, big front porch, fire pit on side of the house.
