Everything you want for the perfect vacation is here at the Cozy Cottage. This is a four bedroom, two and a half bath cottage with 1750 square feet of living space. Never look for a parking place since there is a driveway and carport in front of this beautiful beach cottage that can handle up to 3 vehicles.

Our cottage offers a spacious, well equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. The main floor has a living room with separate dining room as well as the Master bedroom with King size bed and en suite, a powder room (half bath) and laundry area to include a washer & dryer. The master bath has double vanity sinks and a large tiled, walk in shower. There are two walk out exits to the back yard which boasts an expanded paver patio with additional dining and outdoor seating options to enjoy during your stay. The upper level of the cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with King bed, and one with two twin beds. The back queen bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the back yard and North pool. There is also a full bath located on this level.

The Cozy Cottage is located inside the private, gated Mainsail community with 24 hour security. Our cottage is just steps away from the private beach. Beach service is available to purchase from the beach attendant and there are also two beach chairs and a wagon in the cottage as well as some beach toys for the kiddos. The North pool is located just outside your back patio door to enjoy until 10 pm each night and the water is warm! Other amenities include a hot tub and a second pool between the high rises, fitness room with equipment, arcade, grills, etc. And in the event of rain, the cottage is equipped with several TV's & DVD players and/or board/card games for your family enjoyment. The outlet mall, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., are within walking distance of Mainsail.
