Sea Spray Apartments, Unit 4

Enjoy this 2 bedroom unit with amazing ocean views from the lounge room area. With newly (Dec 2024) installed vertical blinds , open them up and sit, relax and watch the ocean from the comfort of the lounge or access the beach directly for an afternoon stroll.

The lounge room is set with a TV for those relaxing days at home.
The fully equipped kitchen has all cooking facilities including a microwave and oven.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine for your use.

Park the car and take a stroll into The Entrance town and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre and more.
Alternatively, you can walk in the opposite direction to the local outdoor public swimming pool which includes a lap pool and a small children's pool for the kids to play, Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and some of the beautiful beaches the Central Coast has to offer.

Multiple buses can be accessed from the main town if you wish to leave the car at home and venture out to other areas of the Central Coast for the day.

Beach vibes

Perfect getaway the place was clean and tidy for a property thats not new. The view and beach access was weel worth it, just maybe the carpets changed in the bedrooms would get rid of stale warer smell, opening the windows and doors did the job. Would def stay again that view is worth it.

The property was perfectly located for the beach and pool. It was dated in decor, smelt a bit damp and the plot next door was surrounded by rusty fences. The bunk beds had large mattresses on which meant the gap for the bottom was small and the top was easy to fall off! We did though love the location and enjoyed our stay.

Great position

Definitely aged. Two things that were outstanding in this vein was no internet and the television only worked for a couple of minutes. We had to go to the local hotel to watch the grand final, which we had not planned for. While there we did a little bit of research and found a number of properties in better condition with internet for the same value and beachfront location.

Never stay here again health hazard

As soon you walk in it smelt like a mould hairs everywhere dirty mould on walls all over curtains you could not stay here it would make you sick no heater in winter no toilet paper towel had stains on the the lounges had stains was unsafe

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mould was visible on the curtains and lamp shade. Although the location is awesome, the furnishings felt "sticky" and unclean.Due to consistent rain being blown onto the windows and door, water began leaking quite heavily through the door frame and onto the floor.

Great location but that’s about it

Dank/musty odour as soon as you enter the property. One of the doona covers was grubby. Shower screen difficult to open and poorly located meaning bathroom window can’t be opened. Only one small heater. Kitchen sufficient for a few nights’ stay. Great beach access and views. We booked at the last minute and it’s easy to see why this was one of the only properties still available just before a long weekend with a good weather forecast for winter

Lovely place with perfect position

We booked this stay unsure of what to expect from previous reviews. We found the place was cleaned well and whilst dated it was all very functional and a lovely place for our stay with our young family. The location cannot be beaten with a short walk to the beach making it easy to head down for short visits and then back for snacks/meals etc. Dont expect a 5 star mansion but it is a great place to stay with kids and being tiled throughout makes it easy to keep clean. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.

Mildew reigns

Though the view from this unit is stunning, the mildew in both the bathroom and twin bed bedroom was pervasive and my sinuses were inflamed throughout the stay. The bedside furniture in the main bedroom is damp and falling apart. The window in the bathroom does not open and the exhaust fan didn't work. The appliances and manchester were fine.

Very dissapointed

Beautiful views can’t fault it. I feel that century 21 is not working for the owner as pervious comments have not been addressed. This unit is very dated. It was dirty , smelt mouldy and less than basic. The frypan in no longer useable as has been raised before. My advice to the next people is bring your own frypan, sharp knives, t towels, pillows as the current pillows are worn and stained. The basics you would find in all rentals were not supplied -soap , loo rolls, bin liners, washing powder etc The curtains light shades ,heater and shower all need cleaning. Very dissapointed
